Are the Triggermen a continuation of the Italian Mobs of old or are they something new?

Fancy suits, Italian American names/nicknames, submachine guns, and in the business of drug dealing. Hell, if you listen in one of the triggermen's conversations in the Vault you rescue Valentine in they talk about why the vault was built. One guy is befuddled on why Vault-Tec built such a non-functioning vault while the other guy says it was probably a mob scam to launder money, saying "we used to do this stuff all the time back then." Clearly implying he knew what the mob did back then and that the Triggermen are indeed a continuation, or at least an imitation, of the real life Italian Mob. What do you think.

Shouldn't Vaults have PipBoys laying around? Or NPCs out in the wild have them occasionally?

In other words, How come we as FO players never find pip boys in old vaults?

Do we know what Nate did in the army ?

    Posted: 30 May 2021 04:23 AM PDT

Like was he an infantryman ? Was he in mechanised infantry fighting in PA ? Where was he deployed ? Did he fight in Canada or China or Anchorage ? Any details like that.

Did the American troops in mainland China come home? If so when?

    Posted: 30 May 2021 07:29 PM PDT

I am fully aware that American troops in T-51b power amor causing a "ruckus" in mainland China was on of the main reasons or the U.S. liberation of Anchorage Alaska. I want to know when the "cease fire" was finalized and what happened to all those shock troops in China? Thank you everyone!

How durable are the tesla models of power armor?

    Posted: 30 May 2021 03:41 PM PDT

In fallout 4 you face a raider in the nukaworld dlc who has an electrically powered suit that's untouchable when it's turned on but vulnerable once it shorts out with the water gun. In theory shouldn't the tesla suits like the Enclave X02 tesla suit be similar if not the same in terms of durability and resistance to bullet fire and energy weapons like the one Colter was using ?

    Milk/cheese in post-war America?

    Posted: 30 May 2021 10:27 AM PDT

So I was thinking about it in a discussion involving foods of the wasteland, and it made me wonder, is there anything out there that can actually be milked? I'd assume that brahmin or bighorners could be, but if they can we certainly never see it. It's just sad to think that in addition to living in an irradiated hellscape the people of the wastes have also never experienced cheese.

Fallout 76 supermutants and the scorched plague.

    Posted: 30 May 2021 09:18 AM PDT

Does anyone know the lore reason behind there not being a supermutant variant of the scorched? Before you say FEV made them immune you must remember deathclaw mutant hounds and snally gaster ( the new humans don't turn scorched neither do floaters).
