During Dead Money, Father Elijah describes the Courier’s Pip-Boy as “RobCo trash.” Why does Elijah, someone with an aptitude and passion for technology, view RobCo’s technological achievements with such disdain? Posted: 30 Jan 2020 01:28 PM PST Elijah is described by Veronica and others as being nothing short of a technological wizard. He can make anything work. The Pip-Boy (for the Fallout universe) is an incredibly advanced, useful, and... rather benign piece of tech. It isn't a weapon. It's more similar to wrist-mounted iPad. Does Elijah (and the Brotherhood at large, to some extent) hate all old world technology?
