Just how badly would the NCR be set back from the loss of the Long 15? Posted: 25 Apr 2021 08:51 AM PDT I mean the NCR as in the country in California, not the army in Vegas. There were a lot of trucks and vertibirds destroyed in the nuke it seems, I'm just wondering if losing those would be a huge deal or if its just a small loss to them. [link] [comments] |
How does the Weapon Binding Ritual work? Posted: 25 Apr 2021 08:15 PM PDT Exactly as the title says. I'm trying to figure out how its crafting recipe (A leather belt, Wonderglue, healing powder, and a knife) factors into how it functions. I'm fully aware it could be one of those things where the recipe doesn't really match how it works, but I just want to know if someone might have a better idea on the subject. [link] [comments] |
Why is there an absence of pre-war religion in the Fallout universe? Posted: 26 Apr 2021 01:52 AM PDT Title basically. Christianity was a huge part of post-war (WWII) American culture and I wonder why there's rarely any mention of pre-war religions or houses of worship? Edit: I'm an idiot, my brain wasn't switched on when asking this. Pre-war religion is abundant in the universe lol. Thanks guys [link] [comments] |
What are all the wasteland creatures that have shown the capacity to be domesticated? Posted: 25 Apr 2021 06:40 AM PDT The most obvious would be brahmin, molerats, dogs and Yaoguai. But have any other creatures throughout the games or other media shown a capacity for domestication? [link] [comments] |
What is the in-universe significance of "War Never Changes"? Posted: 25 Apr 2021 01:01 PM PDT In all the fallout games "War Never Changes" is said. Was it a saying often used in pre-war America? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 25 Apr 2021 08:35 AM PDT The only groups (not counting pre-war) that have been known to use power armor in previous Fallout media are the Brotherhood of Steel, the Enclave and the NCR (who have torn off a lot of the mechanical pieces to create makeshift heavy armor, and not true power armor). But why is it that in the Commonwealth, raiders are able to use seemingly fully functional power armor (although somewhat scrapped together), while other groups like the Atom Cats are able to use entirely completed sets of power armor. Mercenary groups, such as the Gunners also have a few members in power armor. Genuinely curious if there is a lore explanation for this discrepancy. [link] [comments] |
Questions about John Henry Eden Posted: 25 Apr 2021 11:00 AM PDT Is there any reason why John Henry Eden says he "grew up in rural Kentucky"? As if his interface had memories of that or something. [link] [comments] |
