    Can we talk about that NCR Ranger that shoots the Raider in the opening cutscene. I mean even with the slowdown he had at most 3 seconds to aim and fire that shot.

    I think they are a good faction but theyre kinda boring like descedant of the old goverment wow how cool, the NCR just get some more points with me because i love Tandi but oliver, moore and kimball can all rot for all i care (ranger armor is not an argument the armor is from the desert rangers)

    Help with "I put a spell on you quest"

    Before starting the I put a spell on you quest I already interrogated silus using the fake legion spy way. After that bith silus and Boyd were saying a line while the subtitles said something different and would switch every few seconds. I tried to fix it by going in and out of the door but that just made them shut up and I could not talk to boyd. Then after like 5 times she ended up right next to the door unable to move on the outside of the interrogation room. I tried leaving the terminal building and then going back in. Then Boyd was standing in the interrogation room not doing anything and the door was locked. My last save was like a 45 minutes ago in Nipton so I just considered it a loss. Now while doing the I put a spell on you quest and I have to talk to contreras, sterling, and Boyd. I talked to both and sterling told me his story and Contreras said nothing cause he's a scared little black market dealer puss. I tried talking to Curtis but there were no new options to say. I know Curtis/Picus is the mole and to go there at 1 but the door is locked. While writing this I thought to pickpocket Curtis and I took the activation code and the other code. The code is actually a key that opens the door to the control tower thing. I still couldn't open it at 10 but I was at 12 but that might've been a glitch. I'm still going to post this incase it can help anyone else.

    Edit: I guess this should be marked a discussion not a question.

    Edit 2: I hate how you can't change the title of a post. It's really annoying.

    Need some help with MCM

    I downloaded some mods a whole back to enhance gameplay and also downloaded the MCM menu just fine with no problems. It worked in the game, the mods caused no issues, so I went on my merry way. That was until I decided to install some other mods that would enhance graphics and visuals about a day ago. When I tried using MCM to edit any options I was met with a text box saying that MCM can't run because either an esm is overwritten, or the 2010 C++ Visual Distributable thing is missing. Thinking it was the new mods I downloaded, I uninstalled every single one. MCM still didn't work. So I thought something happened with the mods I've had for at least a month or so with no problems, and uninstalled those. Even after I had every mod except MCM and the ones required to run it disabled, it still notifies me about the 2010 C++ Visual Distributable, and the possibly overwritten esm, even after I did I fresh reinstall. I even tried using a different mod manager to see if it would work. I then went to the Nexus page to find the 2010 C++ Visual required, clicked on the link and it said the download isn't available.

    Anyone have a solution to this problem, or is there a newer version of MCM I am not aware of?

    Sneak skill glitched on the level up menu. Help pls.

    So, the sneak skill is glitched on the level up menu, like, on the pip-boy it shows that i have 81 sneak, but on the level up menu is shows 76, sometimes it even shows 90-something, i thought it was a problem with my save but after some testing i found out that it's happening on every save, btw I'm not wearing or have consumed anything that might affect sneak. It's really annoying, and i don't really know what to do. Here's my load order.
