    We're adding a new rule! Check inside for details

    Howdy all! As stated above, we've elected to add a new rule. It goes as follows;

    1. Absolutely no self promotion of any kind. This includes youtube videos, discord servers, subreddits, etc.

    We've already been removing self-promoting content as is it, and just thought we would add a new rule to be more clear with our expectations.

    Thats all! Stay safe!

    Was China even communist?

    Posted: 16 Jul 2020 06:39 AM PDT

    In real life China is state capitalism that only uses aesthetics of communist, so I was really wondering is that the case in Fallout world? All the info that we have about China comes from, well propaganda that US government creates.

    How are there Nuka World buses in Appalachia? Is Nuka World actually closer to WV than The Commonwealth?

    Did china have laser weapons?

    Lasers use fusion technology in fallout iirc, and china didn't have that, but the liberators have lasers in 76.

    Do the Robobrain's that are made by splicing a Protectron and a lobotomite in the Big MT just explode when they make them or do they exist else where?

    Posted: 16 Jul 2020 11:06 PM PDT

    While I know Robco and General Atomics make them, the ones coming from Big MT are interesting. There are ones that are made how they normally would do them at RobCo or GA but when you get to the splicing machine in X-8 (I believe), you can make one by using one of the lobotomites and a protectron. Its quite hilarious when it gains sentience and then explodes all of a sudden. Does that always happen or do some of them just make it out?

    What kinds of plants and ingredients are left post war?

    Posted: 17 Jul 2020 01:51 AM PDT

    I'm working on a fan character and don't know a lot about the lore beyond Fallout 4 and some New Vegas. I'll put some information I think would be useful to know about said character at the end of the post. I was wondering what kinds of common ingredients used for baking still exist in the post-war world or what their radiated equivalents are. It would also be extremely helpful if there were any bakery/cafes that exist post war I don't know about.

    This character lives in the boston commons so they wouldn't have access to things that are too far away from there. They would have the capability to do basic things like turn Razorgrain into flour.

    I hope this is the right place to pose this question! Thank you!
