Quick Question: What Is The Best Commando Weapon In Fallout 3 DLC Included? Posted: 12 Apr 2021 05:34 AM PDT For context, I'm thinking of making a comando build and want to know if it's a viable build and what is the best commando rifle in the game DLC included. [link] [comments]
Can't get Charon to follow me. (Bug, Xbox360) Posted: 11 Apr 2021 12:18 PM PDT Hey y'all, I'm currently in a 50+ hour save and have kindof gotten bored of just having Dogmeat. I don't know of many easily obtainable companions, but I knew of Charon. I bartered with Ahzrukhal to get Charon's contract for 1000 caps, it went the way it was supposed to, but each time I try to get him to follow me, he says his usual "I regret" dialogue and in the top left it says "You can only have one follower at a time." Problem is, he's the only actual follower I've hired. I thought for a moment Cherry from Dukov's place was registered as a temporary companion even though she wasn't with me, I killed her, didn't fix it. I thought the same with Madison Li and did the reason of "The Waters of Life" quest, still didn't work. I didn't even have Dogmeat with me. The only other two people who could potentially be registered as temporary companions are that one kid you bring to big Town and that one gal who helps you get the declaration, but she died and the kid was brought safely. I'm not even sure if temporary followers count towards followers, and if it doesn't, there is literally only Charon that I've hired. Does anyone here have a solution? (Also, apologies if I didn't post the way I should have, I read the rules to the extent I could, I'm currently on mobile.) EDIT: I believe I have found the cause. I went through my saves to see if it worked at an earlier point, and it did. I continued testing saves until I got to two of them; one before my original Dogmeat dies, and the one after. BEFORE he died, I can recruit Charon no problem. AFTER he died, I can't recruit Charon. I had gotten the "Puppies!" perk, though Dogmeats first puppy didn't spawn for another few hours while I played. I believe that original Dogmeat dying is the cause for this bug. Does anyone have a fix that doesn't require me going to a save 10 hours back? EDIT 2: I fixed it. It was a result of having the "Puppies!" perk. I got the follower I wanted (in this case, Charon) to kill Dogmeats puppy by shooting at him and having Dogmeat aggro at him, then used a stealth boy to make them friendly again. There's no reason for y'all to keep this post up, but I'd love to, just in case anyone else fell into the same problem as me. If not, that's completely fine. [link] [comments]

Worst thing About Fallout 3’s The Pitt Posted: 11 Apr 2021 04:26 AM PDT This dlc is so easy every time I do it but every time I decide to replay fallout 3 and play the pit I want to blow my brains out. That building you climb up on with that has the smoke tower or whatever is the bane of my existence. The roof always disappears in a chunk of the building and I have to uninstall and reinstall the dlc. It is soooooo annoying. [link] [comments]
