So if a Brain removed from the body has a different consciousness, like in Old World Blues from FNV.

Why do the RoboBrains in Fallout 4, specifically the Elites in Vault 118 and the pre-war Holotapes in the Research Facility under the Robco Sales Center which were recordings of the first Robobrains, keep their original personalities

Vault 118 had all the Artists, Actors and etc retain their original personalities when they became Robobrains.

Robobrains processing units are basically the Brain removed from the human body, as proven in Fallout 76 where we have to manufacture a Robobrain by using the brain from a pre-war Scientist.

There's no other organs transplanted into the Robobrain cause the Couriers brain in FNV said that the hormones produced by other organs are involved in making up a personality.

If this is the case, why does the Couriers removed brain have an entirely different personality from the Courier but the FO4 and FO76 Robobrains have kept their pre-mechanical "original" personalities?

Why hasn't the English language changed much in all of the us after 200 years?

If I went back in time 200 years, I'd still be able to understand what people are saying. Sure, the language would be a bit more flowery and some words would be different, but I'd be able to understand. I mean I can read and understand the declaration of independence and that was produced over 200 years ago. The language is definitely and noticeably different though. The sole survivor speaks a version of the English language that was in use 200 years before he left the vault. Yet in game, no accents have changed, no regional dialectal differences exist (the NCR and Commonwealth speak the same version of the same language). How did the language not change, especiay given the lack of contact between the two very different locations?

When you first arrive in Diamond City and Piper is locked out of the gates does the game ever specify where she was coming back from?

I was recently watching a playthrough, about Far Harbor , I noticed that Kenji and Rei have a Japanese accent , which wouldn't be there if they lived in the USA for generations, is there any lore backing this up or any evidence to explain their accent.
