How many "psychers" are in the fallout series?

"Psychers" is a fan made term (I think) that describes characters (human, mutant or other type of living thing) in the fallout series with super natural powers/abilities.

There's at least 1 psycher in each fallout game if I recall correctly, here's a list:

    Fallout 1: The Master

Fallout 2: The shaman of the Arroyo tribe (I don't remember his name sorry)

    Fallout 3: Harold (Tree form)

Fallout new vegas: I don't know if Mr House counts as a psycher, he definitely has great abilities but I'm not sure if it can count as a psycher, besides, I haven't played new vegas that much sorry.

    Fallout 4: Mama Murphy

Fallout 76: Sage (from wastelanders), The Scorched Beast Queen (base game).

These are just one example of each game that I know of, but I'd like to know more and if possible know more about what's a psycher and what's not.

Lore wise; how much is better is a 10mm than a 9mm pistol?

Assuming it's better at all of course.

    Brotherhood of Steel Unit Names

What canon references are there to how different chapters name their units and divisions? The only ones I managed to find so far are the Lyon's Pride unit of the D.C. Chapter in Fallout 3 and the (non-canonical) squads of the Midwest Chapter of Fallout: Tactics
