    Lt. Gorobets got his leg busted while taking down Driver Nephi. Later i found him limping alone through the hills surrounding Boulder City. After fighting Legion Assassins and the cazadores nearby, we made an improbable arrival to Camp Forlorn Hope in the middle of the night.

    Game like Fallout New Vegas?

    Now I want a game that's has a chaos option. Here's what I want: Open world, no essential npcs, and for me to cause chaos. In fallout nv you can kill every faction leader, which will all tie in to an ending, and there's an ending where the streets of Vegas becomes anarchy. Any games like this?

    Trying to decide final touches

    I'm trying to make a vats addict, 100 skill, light armor, crit energy weapon build for my non hardcore playthrough of new vegas with all the DLC. I'm just trying to figure out the last few perks and traits to use.

    The two traits I'm trying to decide between are kamikaze and small frame. Small frame will allow me to raise my endgame strength to 7 while kamikaze would maximize my AP and endgame endurance

    The perks I'm debating on are Toughness, Black Widow, Chemist (for GRX), Travel Light, Tunnel Runner (not really a stealth user though), Hit the Deck (to counter Meltdown), adamantium skeleton (to counter Meltdown and small frame), Living Anatomy (for the damage boost), and Chere la Femme (more damage boost)

    Toughness is useful for me as an endgame buffer perk to push all the more useful perks down 4 levels. I'm also playing as a woman for this run. I could also play as a man, but then I'd be less likely to pick the gender perks. It's not that I'm homophobic, i would just be uncomfortable with the playthrough out of personal preference.

    I (roughly) have room for 4 perks. Which would you reccomend or are there others you think would work?

    I could also use another non energy weapon to avoid friendly fire from Meltdown. I was thinking an unarmed or melee option to use seldomly as it pairs nicely with GRX but I don't know if I can invest in Peircing Strike, Slayer, and Super Slam to make it more useful. Are there any guns that could work with an energy weapon build with a final strength of 6 or 7?

    I'm a moron (Honest Hearts Spoilers)

    So I've been playing through Honest Hearts, enjoying and exploring both locations and dialogue. I decided it would be worthwhile to try and find all of the survival caches, and read what log entries I could at the terminals. When I was finishing up the DLC, looking in Morning Glory Cave with Waking Cloud, she commented on the sacredness of the cave.

    When I asked who this Father in the Caves was, she talked about how his wife and child were sacrificed for the good of the Sorrows. One of the last log entries in the Survivalist caches is about a group of English speaking children that he protects. Those kids are the first Sorrows. I can't believe I never realized this before, but it's really cool.

    I love this game. I always find something new.

    I only have 15,000 caps and I want to buy a Gun runners arsenal weapon in the vendatron. And the only guns I can afford are sleepytime and gehenna. So I was wondering which weapon should I buy?

    All my builds end up being light armor crit builds

    I'm trying to create a build that is opposite to my vats addict crit energy weapons build by making a build that doesn't rely on vats, energy weapons, and most importantly, crits.

    I tried making a power armor build that uses a Gatling Laser and a fist weapon with the trait heavy handed, something that can abuse GRX easily. Found out that fist weapons are more crit oriented, you need light armor to close the distance between enemies, and power armor is difficult to repair and isn't really useful beyond a one hit wonder.

    I tried making a straight guns build but haven't found any weapons that work well aside from crit weapons with low damage output and high power weapons with hard to find ammo.

    And finally, I tried using the mascot armor of the build, the riot armor, and tried making it into a shotgun tank build. Only to find out the only way to use a shotgun to the best of its ability is by using crits, which uses light armor instead of the medium riot armor.

    I'm at a loss. Is there any build that fits what I'm looking for?

    Once.

    I said to myself, "Just be the worst person you can be, and get through it quickly." Ended the playthrough around level 40, with a lot of skills at 100. Using a Super Sledge to turn a profligates skull inside out is... a strangely enjoyable experience. Then I ate him.

    Fun times, might try another run through.

    My father introduced me into the fallout series when i was about 8-9 years old, when i was 11-12 FNV dropped and I copped it on xbox360, because of my young age i was always super scared at the game, this caused me to avoid places and essentially never get around to actually playing it like it shouldve been played. Now im 18 and i finished the game last night. I formed a truce with the brotherhood and made the khans allied with NCR, This game has so much to offer for me and i am now getting a gaming pc to experience it fully with mods, im so lucky to have found a community that is also inlove with such a wonderful game and a big thanks to all the modders who fixed the game up. I still have my old copy on xbox360, and it was one of the first befor they changed some stuff up, it still works today and is so amazing playing on a 75 inch tv!

    I installed an ENB and followed all the steps but when I load the game everything is blurry and mushed together. I turned off anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, and water displacement before loading. Please help!
