Does Elder Maxson’s BOS in the Commonwealth have any intention of killing off non feral ghouls?

I know they consider Synths abominations, and will kill them on sight, but what about ghouls? I know they're extremely prejudiced towards them, but it seems that most average wastelanders arent huge fans of ghouls anyway.

Have they indicated any intention of committing genocide on non-ferals?

And to add an opinion based question: Would the Commonwealth under the BoS AND the Minutemen be safer and better for everyone than just the Minutemen alone?

What is the nature of the Fog in Far Harbor?

    Posted: 18 Jan 2020 08:21 PM PST

Hey guys, Im wondering what the Fog in Far Harbor is like. In-game sources explain that it is a radiation hazard that covers most of the island. It mutates the island fauna, suffocates people and even drives people crazy. Also, in the game it can be condensed to give one oil and one steel. So, what is it exactly? My guess is that its a mix of rads and some pre-War chemicals but, any idea?

How has everyone not run out of bullets by this point?

    Posted: 18 Jan 2020 05:45 PM PST

Even if they are reusing cartridges, that still doesn't solve the issue of propellant. Even in the case of cartridges that were originally black powder (44-40, 45 colt, 45-70, etc.) doing something like this would most likely result in your gun going boom in your hands or the round becoming lodged in the barrel. Something you would figure would result in most people realizing using black powder in modern cartridges would be a bad idea, yet people still haven't run out of ammo after close to two centuries with little to no production of fresh bullets at the rate at which the industrial world originally produced.

Which means they are recycling cartridges, which means they are somehow producing modern propellant, which means they are getting their hands on nitrocellulose somehow, something which requires cellulose (easiest would be cotton) as well as sulfuric and nitric acids.

To get to my question. How is Joe Gun-Smith-Mc-Bullet-Maker getting his hands on the stuff to make fresh bullets to deal with all of the ... awful that makes the Wasteland the Wasteland?

Super Mutants are neuter...but Virgil goes back to human. Do his genitals regrow?

What are the ramifications now that FEV can be cured?

    Posted: 18 Jan 2020 08:11 PM PST

In Fallout 4 we confirm Virgil can not only cure the FEV, but fully reverse its effects (at least on generic super mutants).

It was treated to passingly and as if it wasn't a big deal in F4 that I wanted to ask if there's any more lore about what this could mean for the future of America in Fallout.
