What do you guys think is the best fallout 4 ending? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 11:49 PM PST My personal favourite is the secret ending where you press the ready/reload button 54 times whilst your crosshair is aimed at the terminal furthest to the right in Kellogg's base where you fight him specifically when the side quest "kid in a fridge" is active. This causes the character to teleport to the roof of mass fusion, alone, watching the entire commonwealth blow up, destroying the railroad, minutemen, brotherhood of steel, and the institute in the process. The player's only option is to jump into the massive nuclear abyss below them, which teleports them to the capital wasteland with Fawkes, madison li, macready and macho man Randy savage as their companions. There is then only one quest in the player's log, which is to go to megaton and meet the guy they call "the lone wanderer". The player then gets into a drinking competition with the lone wanderer and passes out, waking up in the citadel, empty since the brotherhood was wiped out. A man called ralof approaches the player, he seems to be from another time. He then tells the player that after the drinking competition, they got so drunk that they shot moriarty in the nuts, sexually assaulted the bomb in the centre of megaton, drank the radiated water around the bomb, puked it up into Lucas simms' hat, then pickpocketed a swegway from Jenny stahl at the brass lantern and rode it to Arefu, where they bit every resident in Arefu in the neck, killing them. They then passed out when they somehow made it to rivet city, and ralof saw the whole thing. The player then commits suicide and a cutscene plays where the character's dead spouse makes a 20 minute long speech about how war has changed. [link] [comments] |

I played the hell out of F4 on PS4. Should I play F3 and New Vegas on PC? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 09:55 AM PST I'm not sure which to pick up first. I hear that New Vegas is really good is it the better out of that and F3? [link] [comments] |
My Review of the New Fallout 3 10th Anniversary Vinyl Box Set! Posted: 13 Nov 2019 03:31 PM PST I just wanted to share the review I wrote for my website this week. This new box set from SPACELAB9 is truly a work of art! https://www.vgmwax.com/reviews/2019/11/13/fallout-3 "Submerged deep within the cracks of this dilapidated landscape of grooves lies an atomic symphony that will send you whirling into the dusty unknown." Much love! [link] [comments] |

Posted: 14 Nov 2019 01:31 AM PST https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tw6CUVk4mn0 What the developers want to achieve is basicaly like there would be a human dungeon master in the game that reacts to your actions in the game. [link] [comments] |
Why do some old fallout fans dislike fallout 3? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 06:33 PM PST I know the main story is pretty bad but the world and side quests are fun to explore. I loved exploring the wasteland and finding people to do stuff with. [link] [comments] |
How to unlock the BA settlement? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 09:48 PM PST Hi! Im doing a government run of FO4 (i become general and when i take over the castle i declare a new government) and rn i want to standardize my military by producing weapons and ammo, i found the perfect spot, the boston airport, but idk how to unlock it. I beat the main quest and neither the BOS nor the Railroad is hostile to me (BOS im debating, im attempting negotiations with a "Elder Maxson" but so far he seems stubbornheaded. Anywho how do i u lock it? Thanks!! [link] [comments] |
[FO3] How do you rate the DLCs? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 07:10 PM PST I liked all of them except Mothership Zeta. I didn't really like Mothership Zeta because after completing it, you can only go into a few rooms. What's the point of destroying half the ship if the people that joined you are staying in it? There should've been an option to not destroy the rooms so you can still obtain the unique gear. [link] [comments] |
What do you guys think the cannon ending is for fallout 4? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 12:27 PM PST Out of the 4 ending Bos, railroad, minutemen, and institute which is probably the cannon ending. [link] [comments] |
Interesting Fallout Shelter Online survey Posted: 14 Nov 2019 03:55 AM PST hey Guys, my english is pretty bad so i try to keep it short^^ since fallou76 is such a mess i played fallout shelter online for the last two month to get my daily fallout dose^^ i call it "The good online fallout"xD But a few days ago something very interesting happened. Fallout Shelter had a big ingame study a few days ago with some interesting question. I found it somehow very funny that Bethesda is able to do what we could all have hoped from the comunication with the community but for the wrong game. Yes, i know that game is outsourced to Shengqu Games but isn´t it quiet funny that a small company that is only under contract from Bethesda can do such a better job than they did in the past. The survey even asks if you are satisfied with the amount of resources u get in the game. ähhhhm......ok Why did something like this never happen in fallout76???? Screenshot of the original survey Here is a translation of the survey: translated with google translater: "Fallout: Shelter Online" Small Research Dear Supervisor: Thanks for participating in the "Fallout: Shelter Online" small study to help us better optimize the game. Bug Progressing the Molecular Level Quest: PC Posted: 13 Nov 2019 11:00 PM PST I decided to start another play-through of Fallout 4, and for some reason I've encountered a rather serious bug that I never had experienced during my last few times playing the game. I decided to give it a go at a Minuteman play-through, so I bring the analyzed courser chip I had decoded by the railroad to Preston, who sent me to Sturges. He told me to build the Stabilized Reflector Platform, which I did, but then the quest does not proceed from there. The game is not recognizing that I built it, and there is nothing else for the Signal Interceptor for me to build. There is not option for dialogue with Sturges at all. I attempted to reload a save before I met Virgil to see if there was an issue with that, but no luck whatsoever. Does anyone have a solution for this? I've looked around online, and people seem to have had the same issue in the past, but no solutions. Does anyone know of any mods to correct this issue? Or possibly any console commands? Thank you in advance. My character is quite far progression wise and I'd hate to lose them, so I'd like to try any and all solutions before I make any drastic decisions. [link] [comments] |
This is a comment I made on a YouTube video but I doubted people would see Posted: 14 Nov 2019 02:43 AM PST I am very confused. What I interpret is that basically, people have bought a product, the game Fallout 76, from anywhere between $30 and $300 dollar, have then been given a licence to the product, the game of Fallout 76 that means they are entitled to that specific copy they have received. Similar to someone buying a DVD or videogame disc, they now own it, it is theirs. They have then used the product by playing the game as you would nad have then had the game been taken away from them, stolen. So what I am understanding is that Bethesda Games Studios, Bethesda Softworks or ZeniMax Media is legally stealing from people. WFT? Am I correct? video for context ----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiDRaruRrRc [link] [comments] |
So... Have we forgiven Bethesda yet? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 01:49 AM PST Ya ta ya, insert text imploring horror at Fallout 1st etc. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 13 Nov 2019 09:27 PM PST I purchased, downloaded, and played fallout 4 from the moment i installed it. played for nearly 4 hours and I close and shut down my PC. The next day, I come back to it and it will not detect my hardware and sets everything to low. I launch and crash immediately. I can't figure out what's wrong because every other thread I've found just dogs people for their bad pc parts. I'm posting this to find a true fix to this problem. For any of you who are concerned that it may be my parts, I'm using an i7 8700k, RTX 2060 OC, 16GB DDR4. I was running ultra, and then maxed the settings that didn't max. Running 60 fps, no frame drop, lag, or any problems visible in any way. I've tried just about anything I can including verifying the integrity of files, uninstalling the game altogether, a clean install of my drivers (up-to-date with the 11-12 441.xx patch), and more. I have serious consideration of refunding the game if I can't figure this out. [link] [comments] |
Thinking about getting Fallout 4 - what's the difficulty curve like? Posted: 14 Nov 2019 01:11 AM PST I tried Fallout 3 on the PS3, and I was bloody useless at it. I have poor reflexes and co-ordination, and ended up just getting repeatedly stomped so often it wasn't funny. But I can handle Skyrim (on the easier settings) just fine, so long as I keep away from too much ranged combat. Would F4 on the PS4 be manageable, or just a waste of my time? [link] [comments] |
Anyone else think this song belongs in the next fallout? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 02:21 PM PST I was on my way home from the gym when "Traveling Band" by Creedence Clearwater came on, I instantly though it would be perfect coming out of a pipboy. Give it a listen and tell me what you think! [link] [comments] |
Futuristic Gunslinger build ? (New vegas) Posted: 13 Nov 2019 11:01 AM PST Basically a (sort of) Cowboy scientist, so instead of using revolvers and lever-actions i use laser\plasma weapons. High science skill, high medicine, high intellgince, etc. So what do you think ? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 13 Nov 2019 04:18 PM PST I've used COC to get to Vault 101, and I tried using setstage 0014e86 1 to begin the quest, but I'm guessing the ID is different since it's a mod. Anyone know how to manually start the quest in this mod? [link] [comments] |
Builds with small guns for fo3? Posted: 13 Nov 2019 01:49 PM PST Does anyone know an optimal build for small guns in fallout 3? I'm looking to start a new playthrough with small guns as my primary. [link] [comments] |
