    Legion are completely hostile and broken

    So I'm doing an NCR playthrough, and I wanted to speak with Caeser, I put legion armour on and went to cotton wood cove and raised my legion rep to liked, but the second I take the legion armour off I get attacked, so I kept it on and went to the fort, but then some people would sniff me pit and attack me, so I snuk past them to Caesers tent, but his guard dogs would also sniff me out, so I used a stealth boy and got all the way to Caeser aaaaand it immediately teleported me to cotton wood cove every time I tried, does anyone know how I can be unhostile with the legion all the way up to Caeser? (I'm on console so I can't use commands)
