Possible game ending bug! Fallout New Vegas crashes despite anti-crash mods Posted: 22 Jul 2021 09:53 AM PDT So I recently bought the game and have been enjoying it a lot so far. I was told it was pretty prone to crashing and that there were a few mods I should get to make the game run smoothly on PC. Despite these mods, I am still getting random crashes (just while walking, when entering rooms... etc) that are usually bad enough for me to have to restart my whole PC. These are the mods I'm using NVSE UIO Mod configuration menu MTUI New vegas tick fix (the stutter remover called NVSR has conflicts with Windows 10) NVEC complete NVAC Johnny Guitar NVSE (required by another mod) JIP LN NVSE plugin (required by another mod) FNV 4GB patch CASM with MCM Weapon degrad decrease mod Note that this is NOT my load order, I am using vortex (meaning I cant change load order afaik) and the only existing conflict is that I load MTUI before Mod Menu.
