[Fallout 2 and 76] Is the Secret Service and the Enclave related, and will they end up joining forces?

In Fallout 2 Frank Horrigan refers to himself as "United States Secret Service" and in Fallout 76, Vault 79 houses people who claim to be part of the Secret Service and are trying to get gold as the main source of currency again. In Fallout 2 that is actually the case because if I remember correctly we do use some form of minted coin instead of caps.

Also, the enclave worked with vault tech (I think so I could be wrong please correct me if I am), and where people who worked in the US Government and had their own vault made for their survival (again, I may be wrong about this part again please correct me if I am). Could vault 79 be that vault or at least be one of the vaults and that's how the Enclave ended up being on both the West and East coast of America?

So, is it possible that the Secret Service and M.O.D.U.S' Enclave eventually become The Enclave we see in Fallout 2 and 3?

Why didn't any of the factions take over the institute instead of blowing it up?

    Posted: 25 Jul 2021 07:19 PM PDT

So the Brotherhood of steel honestly why didn't they take over the base its definitely something they would want all the advanced tech there would be super beneficial to them and really any of the factions.

The Railroad also doesn't make sense to me bc their whole goal is to help synths right I would assume they would still want to help them even with the Institute gone and having that base and all of the techs there would be super helpful.

The Minutemen their whole goal is to help the people of the wasteland I can understand why they might not want to use the base but at the very least you would think they would want to take the weapons food water and other stuff from there it would be super useful to them.

What is the evidence and likelihood of post-apocalyptic zoos?

    Posted: 25 Jul 2021 11:51 AM PDT

In OTL many dangerous animals are kept in zoos for people to safely see in person, in the Fallout timeline is there any evidence that highly civilized areas like the NCR circa FONV or the Capital Wasteland circa FO4 have zoos housing creatures like deathclaws, mirelurks/lakelurks, and nightstalkers.

On a bit of a darker note might some places have supermutants in zoos?

Does the Enclave have an "Ad Victoriam" like saying?

    Posted: 25 Jul 2021 12:09 PM PDT

The Brotherhood has like 5 different greetings and exclamations (the coolest one was "Steel be with you" but whatever) and I dont recall the Enclave having anything similar in the limited time I spend talking to them in games. Other than "For the Enclave" is there a similar saying they have?

Why didn’t the NCR just push Vegas?

    Posted: 25 Jul 2021 05:59 PM PDT

I feel like if the NCR pulled all their troops to Vegas and Zerg Rushed it to oblivion, they'd win. And now they have access to everything Vegas has to offer, plus they have a new stronghold. Sure the Legion would advance, but the NCR could use Vegas as a rallying point. Am I stupid for thinking this would work, or is there some other reason?

What did the chosen one do with the PMV Valdez?

    Posted: 25 Jul 2021 03:06 PM PDT

Was it given to the ncr or did Arroyo keep it to trade? Or was it just given back to San Francisco?
