When discussing the Enclave, they assume they only have the Oil Rig and Navarro. In realistic speaking, this is the US Government, they have the resources to build bases all across the US Commonwealth. There's proof with Ravenrock, and Whitesprings. Its not hard to assume that there are many many more bases. [link] [comments] |
