    After days of anticipation and a return because I ordered the game on a wrong name I finally received FNV just to realize that the copy is in German. That's not unusual since I live in Germany and all, but the German dub is SOOOO BAD!!! It's not properly translated, Caesar's Legion is pronounced like everyone who says it has a heart attack, and don't get me started on the NCR, it's cringe to listen to and all in all not as cool as the original. You can't change the language on PS3 so I'm either gonna have to endure this or wait another two weeks or so for an English copy. It's such a pain in the ass!

    Sorry, I need a vent to let out my aggressions about this.

    Caesar's Legion is less like Rome and more like Assyria.

    Just an observation. There's no real society to the legion, and they have to keep conquering to keep going. Just like Assyria did. It's a monoculture built on slaves. Just like Assyria. It's formed around a religion that talks a bunch about war. Just like Assyria.

    I see the legion going the same way as assyria if it loses in vegas. The monoculture is broken by the loss that could not be, and the whole thing collapses.

    Your thoughts?

    How many of you missed the Powder Ganger quests in the NCR Correctional Facility in their first playthrough because they did the Goodsprings quest first? What other quest can we potentially miss if we follow the vanilla questlines?

    How much of pre-war history is preserved in the Fallout world?

    I have trouble grasping how much knowledge of the pre-war world is left over. On one hand, you have the Kings. An entire faction, also cult, that is dedicated to Elvis because they thought that he was a King at some point. Elvis's cultural relevance is so well documented in history, that it seems weird that it would be completely forgotten.

    Much of the prewar tech being lost makes sense. It isn't common knowledge and the design/process of making this tech would have to be documented.

    But Caesar's legion is based on an ancient civilization that is for a period that is 1000s of years ago. Yet, they felt that they knew enough about history to make a whole faction based on.

    Fallout 3 shows us that the Brotherhood was focused on prewar history and prewar books since the knowledge base was so limited, how did Caesar's legion get enough historical information to build a faction?

    HELP THE MOUINTAINS IN MY GAME ARE DARK BROWN

    So in my game the mountains and ground are dark brown and its only when i get very close that the textures start to change back to normal.

    Help i cant find a solution on the internet and i have tried the fnv lod generator
