    You okay over there Victor?

So far Veronica is more impressed with this lady than any cool tech I’ve been showing her.

Hated by both the NCR and Legion, is filthy rich, has lopsided stats and regularly slices Rangers and Deathclaws to pieces with his trusty machete; I present the unusually named “Nera,” my jank-as-hell OG character that’s been played on and off for lord knows how long. On Xbox 360.

Can someone explain to me when to use plasma weapons and when to use regular bullet weapons?

    Posted: 13 Jan 2021 05:26 AM PST

I am currently using All-American, Ranger's Seqoia, Riot Shotgun, and Gobi Desert Rifle.

Is it crazy to take meltdown in HC mode?

    Posted: 13 Jan 2021 06:07 AM PST

I'm making an energy weapon build focused on the YCS and the Gatling laser. I want to have ED-E and either Veronica or Arcade Gannon for companions. I'm planning on staying at 50% health and using hotblooded + ferocious loyalty as well as taking spray and pray. Is that enough to keep my followers alive or will they still end up getting killed/aggro from the AoE? I know it'll still be annoying for killing allied NPCs and self damage too, but on the other hand it's a lot of damage to enemies too and shakes up the gameplay loop.

Is it possible to "deal with the local BOS chapter" peacefully?

    Posted: 13 Jan 2021 10:18 AM PST

The girl at hoover dam told me to deal with the local chapter of the BOS, but I already did their quest(s) and I kinda like them. Is it possible to complete this without killing everyone at the brotherhood?

    Fallout New Vegas Gameplay Mods

    Posted: 13 Jan 2021 03:28 AM PST

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but I'm looking for some mods that add to the game and don't change it very much.

So far I only have YUP and everything it needs to run properly.

I'm looking for things that are almost another DLC and would be good to do after being level 50 and finished with all the main game content. Anything along the way like extra bounty hunter missions to do would be perfect too as long as they don't break anything or give absurd rewards.

I'm really open to anything as long as it doesn't try to fix the main gameplay cycle too much and just adds to it without adding in a pile of potential new bugs.

    Edit: I found this thread

Is there anything that you all would recommend from that list or that is new in the last two years? Any that are prone to breaking in general or if used with other mods on that list?

Does the monocyte breeder perk stack with the Atomic-valence tri-radii-oscillator?

    Posted: 13 Jan 2021 07:35 AM PST

I remember back a few months the wiki said they don't stack and now it says they do. Does anyone know what the actual interaction is?

I have a build that doesn't need the charisma implant, but if they don't interact at all then the extra stats would be helpful since it's a logan's build without a ton of wiggle room. That being said extra regen is way better. I use YUP if that changes things too.

    Edit: Build in question:

    S- 4+1+2 =7 (Base+implant+reinforced spine)

    P- 5+1+1 =7 (Base+implant+beret)

    E- 7+1+1+1 =10 (Base+implant+valence+lonesome roads point)

    C- 1+1+1 =3 (Base+implant+Ulysses' duster) (or monocyte breeder)

    I- 6+1 =7 (Base+implant)

    A- 9+1 =10 (Base+implant)

    L- 8+1+1 =10 (Base+implant

    Weapons: YCS, Riot Shotgun

    2 -rapid reload* (30 gun 5A)

    4 -comprehension* (4I)

    6 -quick draw (7I)

    8 -shotgun surgeon* (45 gun)

    10-finesse* (-)

    12-meltdown* (90 energy weapons)

    14-chemist* (60 med)

    16-better criticals* (6PL)

    18-voracious reader* (7I)

    20-light touch* (6A, 45 repair)

    22-travel light* (45 survival)

    24-And Stay Back* (70 guns)

    26-silent running* (6A 50 sneak)

    28-tunnel runner* (8A)

    30-bloody mess (-)

Recently got a pc and decided christen it with new vegas which I'm absolutely loving, can't believe the graphics on vanilla compared to console.

Possible to have different mods enabled/disabled for different saves?

    Posted: 13 Jan 2021 01:46 AM PST

Say one save #1 is modded with jsaw.

I then decide to use a mod that's incompatible with jsaw and so I make a save #2 with jsaw disabled.

Now I want to play save #1 which had jsaw. Can I renable jsaw and play save #1 safely?

The frontier mod (coming this week!!!)

    Posted: 13 Jan 2021 02:30 AM PST

There is a massive mod coming to fnv this week. It's a dlc sized mod that in my opinion looks almost unbelievable!

    https://youtu.be/bgAxnznJ6Ec

watch eso's video on it. He talks about the mod in detail and shows clips of the gameplay.

ESO is a YouTuber who has some of the best content for Bethesda games and many more so if you love Skyrim/fallout etc, you will love him!
