    I know fallout 3 is a good game, I was just wondering if I should get it and I was wondering why is it a good game? I got fallout 4 on pc but it will not run on it that well so I've been debating if I should get fallout 3 on console since I like the idea of the fallout franchise

    Talon Company Mercenaries and/or Regulators have stopped visiting me...how do i get them back?

    So I was doing the rounds where every few days I visit different stations/places to spawn the Talon squad so i can kill and farm their loot but for some reason theyve stopped spawning and their dead bodies are still there and its been many many in-game days since ive seen them

    Also im now on very evil karma so im expecting regulators but they also arent spwning and their dead bodies are still around.

    How can i reset their spawning?
