YOU CAN BECOME THE OVERSEER OF VAULT 101 (No Mods)

Okay, so to do this you first need to finish the "waters of life quest" . Then go by vault 101 turn the radio on, to the emergency signal.

Then you go into the vault and convince the overseer to join Amata or kill him. Then go to Amata and kill her. Then Vault 101 should attack you.

Escape then wait for 3 days outside the vault. Then go back in (dont kill anyone). So now the door should be open and you can go in as you please. And all the vault dwellers should be there and you can basically resume power.

You can put other people in your vault (go to little lamplight get sticky and put him in a vault gaurd suit, same with red and shorty but get them in Germantown HQ. Then just tell them to wait inside the vault.)

Problems:

All the dwellers will hate you with a passion.

You will not be able to get butch as a companion.

You will not be able to talk to the citizens of vault 101, if you do then some will attack you, so if you want true power kill all the ones that attack you.

The vault is a mess, there is no way to fix this.

Also there is another cheat to get all conpanions, so if you want some of the vault dwellers to follow you, get fawkes(he already has a vault suit on) and any other conpanions you can get in a vault 101 jumpsuit,(or tunnel snakes outfit, armored vault 101 jumpsuit, and vault lab coat) and bring them to the vault.
