    Many of you are veterans and I'm asking for some help on what skills should I be focused in the beginning of the game ? What skills should I invest my skill points on?     Can't play fallout nv on xbox

    Whenever I try to press continue, the screen will go black and the audio will go on this loop if I try to load a game in, the same thing occurs I have completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it on my Xbox and I'm still having this issue and if I try to play a new game after completing the character completion process just before the vigor tester the screen goes grey and the audio loop of low buzzing occurs again

    I really want to use it, but whenever I try it crashes right at the Bethesda intro. Vortex doesn't find any problems though. any clues?

    Why I think the Courier can be the most powerful individual in the wasteland.

    This is adapted from a comment I made in a post, and it was so long that it might as well deserves its own dedicated post.

    One of the best things about New Vegas is that it isn't clear where the Courier comes from. What does that mean for the long term of New Vegas? Well, I had a headcannon that my Courier was an NCR citizen before getting shot in the head, and after the events of the game, had proved to be a capable soldier, a charismatic leader and a cunning politician, able to convince even Legate Lanius to back down. That kind of feat, along with singlehandedly saving the NCR's ass in the Mojave and helping them win the battle of Hoover Dam with the help of the Boomers, Brotherhood of Steel and even the fucking ENCLAVE, would be more than enough for the Courier to be welcomed as a hero.

    Now imagine this: after the events of New Vegas and all its DLCs, the Courier becomes PRESIDENT of the NCR. Just think about it. He's a war hero, and an NCR citizen to boot, he's a cunning politician, he gets stuff done, and when others can't do it he'll do it himself. He's a soldier and a warrior, damn good one too (my Courier had a habit of hunting the very Legionary Assassins sent to kill him) and he has access to all sorts of amazing pre-war technology, thanks to the Old World Blues DLC, especially if you got the best ending. And remember, NCR presidents don't have a set term limit, and can rule for the rest of their lives. The Courier with access to the Think Tank and Big Mountain would become practically immortal, with the amount of implants he has, and the fact that he can take his brain out of his body and place it somewhere else. The man can cheat death ten times over.

    And this is a bit of a minor thing, but assuming the Courier makes off with all the gold from the Sierra Madre, he could potentially use that to strengthen the NCR's economy. Maybe.

    At the end of NV, if you play your cards right, the Courier becomes one of the most powerful individuals in the Mojave. Period. Not even the Institute could hold a candle to them, I'd wager.

    Oh and as President, the Courier could probably use Yes Man to gain access to ALL of House's technology, from his Securitron army to even some things even we don't know about. It's House. His inventions have inventions. Further strengthening the NCR.

    What do you think? Could the Courier eventually defeat the Legion for good? Could the NCR bring back America? And will it be enough to stop the Republic of Dave? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

    Vulpes Inculta's death

    Just a fun little double ententree I discovered while playing

    'If you feel strongly about it attack us and soon you'll feel nothing at all'

    - Obvious connotations in that the Legion is strong and you're approximately level 4, this should be a a cake walk for 5 armed Leigon members

    - Even if you do defeat him, that empty feeling that'll hit you near the end of the game when you notice killing Vulpes at Nipton ultimately changes nothing.

    How to craft weapon mods and ammo?

    So I've got the ultimate edition, and I can't seem how to craft a scope or a different type of barrel, etc.... Are there any way tutorials on YouTube that anyone can recommend that will teach me how to do this? I'm level 15 and I think I'm missing a big part of the game to help me get by!

    Help with New Vegas Tick Fix

    Hey guys I installed TTW and installed the tick fix as well trying to get my game to run at 144hz. I have set iPresentinterval=0 and the vsync off for new Vegas through the control panel. Every time I launch the game it is still at 60fps. My monitor is set to 144hz.

    ED-E making weird new buzzing sound after his upgrade?

    Ok so I got to the point where I gave ED-E his upgrade for the Followers of the Apocalypse and when I met him in Primm he's been doing this very annoying buzzing sound and hasn't went away. Now this isn't the normal buzzing sound when he's moving, this is a completely new sound after upgrading him. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? (Playing on Xbox One)
