| You can do the birthday scene in your birthday suit, but nobody comments. Posted: 13 Oct 2020 03:15 AM PDT Just realized, after playing this game for over 10 years... went to equip the baseball hat during the birthday scene in the beginning, and I realized you can unquip your Vault suit (so, underwear and the top). Nobody comments, though. I'd think at the very least Amata, or the Overseer, would remark on it. Amata since she's your BFF, and the Overseer because he's all about order (and everyone looking the same). The only mod I had on was the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch... oh, and the Dockside Inn. Not sure if that matters. There's no good reason to do so (unless you're a pervert?), but in Fallout 4, plenty of companions had something to say if you took off your clothes. Fallout 3 doesn't seem to consider it at all.
