The RWL mod makes the night really dark (Pip Boy won't help much), but it enhances light sources. Neon lights look much prettier.
And so the Courier, who had cheated death in the cemetery outside Goodsprings, cheated death once again, and the Commonwealth was forever changed.
Quick question, what's the exchange rate on Canadian caps? I'm guessing it is pre-annexation.

Help with Blackjack Duster

I'm really hoping to get the Blackjack Duster at the end of Lonesome Road so I have some questions. It's worth noting that I anticipate to have a low rep with the Legion, high rep with the NCR, and high rep with the Strip.

I've heard of a way to use faction armor to reduce reputation to neutral. Does this work, and if so, when will I have to wear the NCR armor to ensure I get the Blackjack duster?
Is there any way to temporarily reduce reputation with the Strip to neutral or below?
