Is synth Cutie actually still the original Curie?

    Posted: 18 Jun 2020 01:25 AM PDT

During Emergent Behavior, Glory has dialogue that seems to indicate that all G5-19 (Cutie's donor) is receiving is Cutie's memories. This would mean that when Curie wakes up in synth form, it's actually just G5-19 thinking she's Curie. Since robot Curie powers down and essentially dies, does that mean that we have no idea if Cutie's "consciousness" actually transferred? If it were to be reactivated, what would be left? Would Curie also still be in there?

Were *fusion* powered cars ever made? When?

    Posted: 17 Jun 2020 11:16 PM PDT

Did pre-war car makers ever start making fusion-powered (not fission-powered) cars? If so, when were they first made?

EDIT: Just checked the Wiki. Apparently the Chryslus company's cars are all said to have "Nuclear" engines, except for the first Chryslus, specified to have a Fusion engine, the Highwayman from Fallout 2, which runs on Microfusion Cells and Small Energy Cells. It also says "Chryslus' core technology, the V8 diesel-fusion engine, was used widely in its vehicles, from Corvegas to the heavy duty Pick-R-Up and Nuka-Cola delivery trucks."

Is there any evidence from the games of there being a nuclear winter or mass starvation?

How could war survivors degenerate so hard that they forgot their own language? How people could go backwards to tribal state?

    Posted: 17 Jun 2020 06:58 PM PDT

Title pretty much covers anything. Before the war they were civilized people, so present tribes for example blackfoot, white legs etc. are their descendants. How civilized people's mind could degenerate down to fire from stones and sticks?
