The Chinese were able to make small, liberator robots, but how?

They relied heavily fossils and even if they did get some fusion in their hands, how did they downsize robotics into such a simple design.

The Liberator is about the size of a head, can be held up by the hand with no difficulty. They have built in lasers, a network, and playing propaganda. Not to mention the other things needed to actually get it to work.

    Basically, ??????

Transplant of Organic and Synthetic memories

    Posted: 15 Jun 2020 10:39 PM PDT

Regarding implantation of organic and synthetic brains into organic human brains.

I did a quest where Dr Amari was able to transplant Kellog's brain/thoughts into Nick who is a synth. And time to time we can hear Kelogg talk out of Nick's mouth, as if he can view through Nick's eyes. I have a couple questions on this.

    1) Can Kellog be transplanted into the sole survivor's brain so that the sole survivor can co-exist with Kelogg and share their body with Kelogg and also their thoughts? So that Kelogg can live on and see the world through the sole survivors eyes?

    2) Can a Synth's brain be transplanted into the sole survivor's brain, for example, can you transplant Nick's brain or some part of his brain into the sole survivors brain so that once again, Nick and the Sole Survivor can co-exist and share bodies and thoughts? So that Nick can see the world through sole survivors eyes and live through them?

    Why was .38 ammo made?

    Posted: 15 Jun 2020 12:14 PM PDT

In fallout 4 and 76, .38 rounds are only used with the pipe guns. A post war gun. There's no reason for it to exist in a pre-war setting.

There's no pre-war weapon that uses the ammo, so does this mean that .38 is a post-war ammunition? This can't be true because in Fo76, the workshop called Converted Munitions Factory, a pre-war facility has the ability to produce the ammo.

I guess that they could be used in a combat rifle with a .38 receiver, but I feel like the US wouldn't give their soldiers a variant of a gun that is weaker than its normal version. But the mod could be a post-war mod, however I doubt that.

So what's the purpose of .38, what reason did the US have to start a production line of .38 with no weapons made to use it?

    What happened to the gold?

    Posted: 15 Jun 2020 06:59 AM PDT

So, in the recent Wastelanders update of Fallout 76, at the end of the new questline, the vault raid takes place and you see the sheer amount of gold in their storage room. There is absolutely tons of it.

So what happened to it? By the time the events of Fallout 4 take place, there is no gold being used as currency, or even to back it. So either Bethesda hadn't come up with the idea of the gold vault yet, or the plans of the post-war government agents had failed to pull through, so caps stayed as the new currency.

Also if there is any lore on a fandom/wiki page that anybody knows about, please link it because i would love to read it when i find some spare time :)
