Posted: 24 Apr 2020 04:43 AM PDT Idk maybe I'm biased but Jacobstown is like the only settlement in nv mostly free from all the corruption and bs most other factions dragged down by. Just a buncha dudes doin the best they can with the hand they dealt. Have you guys seen the movie shooter? Norton the merc is Danny Glover and I'm looking for my rich white fat politician to ice! East Meets West (Guns of Fallout) Posted: 23 Apr 2020 03:12 PM PDT On the left is a Service Rifle, fielded by the NCR on the west coast. It's an older, A1-style upper with a forward assist but no shell deflector; from my understanding by 2281 the NCR was using an updated upper receiver. I got it from a trader who claimed he was from "The Hub". The R91 is ubiquitous for its popularity amongst denizens of the Capital Wasteland out east, or at least that's what I'm told. I've never been that way myself. Both rifles are chambered in 5.56x45mm, which I believe was the standard, you know, before the bombs. I picked up the R91 and the pipboy from some jackass in a blue suit. [link] [comments]
Who would win in a theoretical war? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 02:42 AM PDT This is a showdown of the various endgame possibilities in Fallout New Vegas. Assuming we magically connected several "post game" dimensions, and the resources, troops, robots, etc of each ending were to battle, who would come out on top? There are respective couriers for each, and assume they're all combat oriented enough that alone, they have no advantage or disadvantage over the other couriers of other dimensions, save for specific abilities or resources granted by their chosen faction. Assume the war takes place exactly 1 year after the battle of Hoover Dam. [link] [comments]

Anyone know how to get out of a stuck place? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 08:32 AM PDT So i was in vault 3 killing fiends when by chance I jumped onto the pool table in the recreation area. I'm literally stuck in the pool hole and I can't get out. My last save is a little far back so I would prefer to somehow get out. Does anyone know if there's a way to explode yourself to get thrown to the ground? The stagger effect or whatever. Or any other ideas. Thanks [link] [comments]

Every Possible Starting SPECIAL? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 08:02 AM PDT Has anyone ever figured out every possible starting combination of SPECIAL stats? Assuming no mods or anything increasing starting points to allocate. I guess I'm wondering if anyone has ever done something like this but for New Vegas. And if not, does anyone know how one might be able to figure that out? [link] [comments]
Posted: 24 Apr 2020 12:15 AM PDT I want help the NCR as much as possible before perusing an independent ending, what's the cut-off point? [link] [comments]
Posted: 24 Apr 2020 07:37 AM PDT I recently downloaded anti-crash and bug fixing mods. I used this video for reference https://youtu.be/cPo5pDT3bKA . These are all things i did: 1) I used the 4gb patch 2) i installed nvse ( and checked if it installed properly and it did) 3) i downloaded nvtf mod using vortex 4) i donwloaded 4 other mods for bug fixes This is all i did. I dont understand why i cant save my game, its really frustrating. [link] [comments]
Posted: 24 Apr 2020 03:09 AM PDT I Just realized that Power armor don't sound like fallout 3 , no hydraulic sound nor stomping . Is this a bug? Can i fix It in some Way? I searched for a mod on the Nexus but nothing is working... [link] [comments]
[PC] How can I tell if the game is running at the right speed? Posted: 24 Apr 2020 06:44 AM PDT After being immeasurably disappointed in Fallout 76, even after the Wastelander's update, I'm back to FNV, which I have always gotten sidetracked away from before getting to the DLC's. I spent last evening following the modding guide to a T and got the game running nicely. My only question is this: I am running the game at 144fps w/ a GSYNC monitor and the HAVOK engine fix detailed from this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/5aao95/possible_fix_to_allow_skyrim_to_run_on_120fps/ It seems to be running great, but I wanted to ensure the game was running the proper speed now that my framerate is "unlocked". How can I test this in-game to make sure it isn't running too slow or too fast? TLDR: How can I tell my game speed is correct? [link] [comments]
So many great mods released this month. Posted: 23 Apr 2020 05:47 PM PDT https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68714 - FNV Mod Limit Fix The best mod since sliced bread. It appears FNV had a bug where it would duplicate mod load order twice or even thrice, resulting in the game crash due to having too many mods. This one fixed that and will allow for uber mega ultra modded game. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68718 - Cyberware 2281 AKA Cybernatic Implants AKA that one and only mechanic from Project Nevada that never got a standalone version. Finally your game will no longer be held hostage by the stinky old mod. Yes Project Nevada is finally, truly dead and rest in peace. There's no need to use it anymore. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68542 - A Tribe of Two Another never-been-done-before mod that lets you take care of a baby. If you have TTW, it can actually grow up once you catch a train ride from Washington to Nevada. Great for Role-playing. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68733 - Skill bonus Misc. items For classic Fallout fans, various stat boosting items from those games are back. The lucky Magic 8 Ball, Lockpick kit, Red Tool Box, etc. You just need to have it on your person to recieve the stat boost. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68699 - Titan of The New West. This power armor mesh mod makes all power armor bigger like in Fallout 1/2/4 but keep the head and hands size intact because they custom edited rather than simply upscale the whole thing. Good for your IMMURSHUNNNN. [link] [comments] |
