    Posted: 08 Mar 2020 11:03 AM PDT

I have 2 drives on my pc C and D. My fallout nv was in drive C. Drive C had really bad storage so I wanted to move it to drive D so that I could get more mods and get the game to run better. Well, instead of using steam to move it I moved it on my own in the files. Now I can't launch it from steam. Anyone know anything I could do? (i know im retarded)

Do Legionary Assassins get any easier to fight?

    Posted: 08 Mar 2020 06:48 AM PDT

I'm takin out cazador's and death claws alright, but whenever I get jumped by the legion I get my ass handed to me. Not too pissed about it because I'm always down with a challenge. Just wanted to know if this was a "me" problem or if that's just how it be.

What do you think of other games after finishing Fallout: NV?

    Posted: 08 Mar 2020 09:57 AM PDT

As a guy that finished this game in a lot of ways (too much) I just feel other games are too empty. I played for FNV more than 2000 hours before being bored of it and now when I buy a new game it's nowhere near close the enjoyement I had on that masterpiece. What are your thoughts on other titles in general and do you have some that will be good to play? (Right now I'm playing Kingdom Come Deliverance and it's good.)

    I win!

    Posted: 07 Mar 2020 08:57 PM PST

I sided with the NCR for my first crack at the game, and i just won hoover dam. I got all the possible support for them, including khans, boomers, brotherhood, and enclave. I did this after lonesome road, so it was easy seeing as i had old glory and a high melee weapon skill. I had the rangers follow me instead of snipers or pave the way, but i have complaints too. The bridge to lanius' camp kept disappearing after i crossed it, making ED-E, Raul, Henry, Rangers, and Cannibal all get stuck. I replayed it and 2nd time around cannibal johnson managed to follow me into his camp, but lanius killed him before i managed to kill the legate. Thoughts and whatnot i will gladly listen to, tell me who you sided with and all that. Farewell couriers, for my travels carry me elsewhere

Do you prefer to play with perk every level or vanilla way?

    Posted: 08 Mar 2020 06:05 AM PDT

So on my newest (second proper) playthrough I have noticed something strange happening but couldn't quite put my finger on it... only when I was around level 7 I realized I was getting a perk every level. It was probably caused by some of the mods I have installed and I didn't want to replay from beginning, so I let it be.

Now I feel like I have too many perks and my perk hoises are kinda meaningless. While before I had too few perks and didn't have place for 'roleplaying' perks, now i have too many and it ruins my roleplay immersion at times.

What do you prefer, perk every level or every two levels?

Looking to do a big TTW playthrough

    Posted: 08 Mar 2020 08:45 AM PDT

Hi, I am looking to do a heavily modded ttw playthrough but haven't modded fnv for like at least 5 years, does anyone know what vortex is? Do people use this as a mod organiser now?

Also can I combine https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68030 this mod with AWOP would anyone know? ALso looking to use quite a few texture mods, millenias weapons, and maybe a few other mods like the caesars legion one.

I guess I am looking for a guide to make a stable heavily modded TTW?? Tnx

Repeated crashes running on windows 10 anniversary (MacBook Pro 16 i9,32 fb Ram, boot camp)

    Posted: 08 Mar 2020 06:55 AM PDT

So I can't run the game even 10 minutes without it completely crashing and freezing. I can't even run FOMM as it just crashes every time I try to install a mod.

I did install fvac (anti crash mod) manually but it didn't help at all.

Most of the time I can't even load a save game as the load screen simply freezes. I have to load my first save game and then load my latest save which is very annoying especially given the constant crashes

Is there any hope here or is this a lost cause given that fnv isn't really being maintained?
