Training for kaisers legion/NcR Posted: 19 Feb 2020 11:25 AM PST Fallout new Vegas is my favorite game by far. Although it's story is very linear compared to fallout 4 or Skyrim, it is extremely detailed. Being that said I was curious as to the training of soldiers in the factions. In the game mostly in Caesar camp you'll see legionaries pump out about 20 pushups like it's nothing as well as some sword training but I wanted to know their regimen as well as NcR soldiers. I take it they are in amazing shape as trekking through the Mojave for days and still remaining combat ready is no easy feat! [link] [comments] |
The differences between super sledges Posted: 19 Feb 2020 03:05 PM PST What's the deal with the fallout 1 and 2 super sledge compared to the one in 3 and new Vegas. In the wiki it says that f1 super sledge was manufactured by the brotherhood of steel which doesn't make sense since you can find them in Navarro and i believe the oil rig too. And in fallout 4, the super sledges are said to be made post war. Is the wiki correct? And if not is there any explanation for their differences? [link] [comments] |
Albert Cole is the Vault Dweller Posted: 19 Feb 2020 09:02 PM PST The Vault Dweller in a Fallout 2 slide looks an awful lot like the pre-made Fallout 1 character Albert Cole. This seems to indicate that Albert Cole is in fact the canonical Vault Dweller and Protagonist of the first game. This is also supported by his tagged skills. Speech which helps him communicate well with each settlement, small guns which makes sense as a weapons skill in the wasteland because ballistic weapons are far more common than energy weapons and finally barter which ties in quite nicely to the almost certainly canonical purchase of water from the Water Merchants to Vault 13 (mentioned in the Vault Dweller's Memoirs). Overall I believe this theory is pretty good and I welcome any criticism and feedback this theory may warrant. [link] [comments] |
