- Were the east coast factions aware of Ceasars Legion and NCR fighting? If so what did they think of the situation, if anything?
- Were the Riot Officers(with the Elite/Advanced gear) ghouls before events in the Divide?
- Is there any faction wotb knowledge of the crashed aliens ships besides the enclave and the brotherhood?
- Why was Viktor in Goodsprings? and why is Viktor Viktor at all?

| Were the Riot Officers(with the Elite/Advanced gear) ghouls before events in the Divide? Posted: 12 Feb 2020 01:22 AM PST I noticed the Riot Officers with the Elite/Advanced Riot Gear were ghouls. Ordinary ones. They weren't the same ghouls as the marked men. Did the events(explosion) in the Divide ghoulifie them differently than the marked men or were they ghouls before the missle explosion in Divide? What do you think? I am aware that a significant portion of the NCR Veteran Rangers are ghouls but I found it to be a interesting coincidence that both Riot Officers wearing the Elite/advanced Riot Gear were both ghouls. | Why was Viktor in Goodsprings? and why is Viktor Viktor at all? Posted: 11 Feb 2020 06:26 AM PST Hi all, I just have some questions about Viktor. I understand he is an AI, but I just want to learn more about the backstory and why he was in goodsprings, and why he seems to help the courier, and also why he is Viktor at all and not just a regular securitron. When the courier was shot, why was Viktor in Goodsprings? If Viktor was following Benny, as a spy for Mr House, then why was he in 'Viktor' mode and not just stalking him as a regular securitron.. Benny would be cautious of a securitron either way, especially after re-programming one. If he was a regular securitron at the time of the shooting, then why does that securitron then become Viktor, and start befriending the Courier etc. He would only help and support the courier If he knew the Courier was significant, but then why wouldn't he just invite him to meet Mr House. For example the strip is guarded by securitrons, so if Viktor/House wanted to meet the courier, why not just let him on the strip instead of having to show a credit check etc. Also what is the purpose in Viktor being Viktor at all? what does house gain from having a mobile AI that can jump around?
