| Why do Mr Handy's have British accent Posted: 10 Jan 2020 11:16 PM PST I have been playing a bit of Fallout 4 and have run across several Mr Handy robots including Codsworth(he is my follower). All of them speak in a British accent. I wanted to see if there is a reason why. Any input would be helpful. [link] [comments] |
| What is powering radios and terminals found around the Wasteland? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 03:16 AM PST I've been trying to figure out what is keeping all the radios (and terminals) running out in the wastes. A lot of radios can be found in places without a reliable source of power. Are they powered with fission batteries? Terminals are more likely to be found in places with a generator or some sort of "phantom power" from an unseen source keeping the emergency lights on, but not always. I've seen some discussion that they are powered with fission batteries, and that seems to make sense. However the lack of apparent fission batteries in Fallout 4 has really got me wondering. Posted: 10 Jan 2020 11:37 PM PST So, before a raider got hart struck, there was a city, it was basically pre war, up till it got flooded and rain sacked by raiders, and protected by the responders. The implications bing that there, could be more random pre war city's out there. Still kicking. I wonder what that would look like? [link] [comments] |

| Questions about Doc Henry and the Devil's Brigade. Posted: 10 Jan 2020 01:50 PM PST Is it just me or does Doc Henry being one of the Devil's Brigade not make any sense? I haven't gotten very far in FO2, but from the Wiki, he was a scientist on the Oil Rig. Why would he also be in a fighting squad? Also, he deserted the Enclave before the Oil Rig was destroyed, which was years before Arcade was born, so isn't it odd that they were so well acquainted and that he was given part of the passphrase for the Enclave bunker?
