Should I sell multiple broken weapons or one fully repaired? Posted: 16 Dec 2019 02:15 AM PST Quick question for you all : how does weapons condition affect the selling price? I'm often in this situation where, after slauthering a bunch of ennemies, I found a lot of similar weapons in bad condition. So will I gain more by selling theme one by one or by making a better one, wich would have a higher price (and would be less of a pain to carry) ? The same goes with armors [link] [comments]

After Leaving Doc's House, End Credits Pop Up And I'm Sent Back To Menu Posted: 16 Dec 2019 09:51 AM PST I need some help with this. I've been playing Fallout New Vegas for many years now modded/unmodded, and I decided to try just a collection of new mods I haven't tried out. I have 34 deployed and 90% of them are mods I've used before, (Quality of life changes), but there's just a few that I hadn't tried. As I have said in the title, even when I launch a new game, this keeps happening. I have removed-uninstalled every mod that was new, and I have uninstalled/verified files on the actual game itself and it's still a problem. I don't know what to do other than uninstalling every mod I have to see what the issue is. [link] [comments]

Posted: 15 Dec 2019 10:51 PM PST My max HP is 140, my endurance is 4, my level is 41. According to the Fallout Wiki, the equation for HP is Initial level=100+(Endurance×20)+((Level - 1)×5) 380 = 100 + 80 + 200 is my statistics put into this equasion. Am I missing out on more than half of the max HP i'm meant to have? [link] [comments]
Question about Old World Blues [Spoilers] Posted: 15 Dec 2019 09:40 PM PST I've finished the Old World Blues DLC. It was entertaining and strangely cathartic to meet the Courier's brain as a separate entity. But it felt a little too easy to convince it to work with me. Did it have a point about being better off in the jar or did it convince itself of that through a mixture of grief, ego and drugs? [link] [comments]
Courier Dusters, revised and expanded concepts Posted: 15 Dec 2019 02:46 PM PST One of my favorite parts of Lonesome Road is easily the rewards you receive from Ulysses after completion, chief of which being the faction-specific duster you get. That being said, I often find myself frustrated with the way the dusters work, the lack of selection, and aesthetic nitpicks. So, I decided to both revise and expand the Courier Duster catalogue. I don't have the ability to experience mods, but I can enjoy viewing them like anyone. So if any of you creators want to run with these concepts, I say go for it. I hope the format turns out right, I'm on mobile: Post-Lonesome Road dustersOld World Justice (Ulysses)
Blackjack (Yes Man)
Double Down (House)
The Great Bear (NCR)
Fighting Chance (Legion)
Secondary faction dustersClothes That Go Boom! (Boomers)
Still Kickin' (Khans)
Chain That Binds (Brotherhood)
Torch of Knowledge (Followers)
Devil's Brigade (Remnants)
Hornet's Nest (Fiends)

The other treasure of the Sierra Madre (Spoilers for Dead Money) Posted: 15 Dec 2019 12:58 PM PST One thing I don't see get enough attention about Dead Money is the massive amount of wealth you can build through gambling in the Sierra Madre casino. Most of us know of the gold bars in the vault that we can take at the end, however there is even more wealth to be had. Once you are inside the Sierra Madre the casino is actually open for gambling. You can purchase chips from the hologram cashier. The casino has blackjack, slots, and roulette. Now, the maximum amount you are allowed to win is 10,000 Sierra Madre chips before you are banned. But if you just get close to that number (blackjack is good for this), then play roulette and place a single max bet on 00, you can get an additional 3,500 chips, so theoretically you could get up to 13,499 Sierra Madre chips. Reloading saves and having high luck can make this very easy (just make sure to wait for the 60 second cool-down on gambling when you reload a save). Then you can exchange them, but they can only be exchanged for pre-war money. This is actually a good thing, since pre-war money has no weight and is worth 10 caps each. So if you win the max amount you will have 134,990 caps worth of pre-war money. By comparison, the 37 gold bars have a total value of 389,943 caps (but getting all of them out is tricky, and somewhat counter to the point of the DLC). Once you are back in the Mojave you can just hold on to the pre-war money and sell it when you need to (Cliff Briscoe is a good buyer, if you have his discount you get full value. Same for Doctor Usanagi at New Vegas Medical, Knight Torres in the Brotherhood bunker, and a few others). Then if you max out the casinos in the Mojave, you will be very rich and probably have more caps then you'll ever need. [link] [comments]
Replaying the Game after not liking it the first time -any tips Posted: 15 Dec 2019 08:24 PM PST So here is the situation: a month or so ago I've finished Fallout New Vegas, my reaction was "Meh" not gonna lie a part of me didn't even like the game. I really don't know why or what maybe it was the ending or maybe it was the lack of a normal dog companion (Yea I am serious) but I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I should have. It did feel like I rushed through the game though and I did pretty much only played throughout the main story with little side quests and no DLCs. In retrospect, I am currently blaming myself for not enjoying New Vegas and that's why I wanna give it another shot by replaying it. Any general advice for my 2nd playthrough??, at what point should I start the DLCs? and are there any Mods you think are a great addition to this playthrough? Thanks for the help upfront PS: I have all the DLCs [link] [comments]
What happens if you kill House, Caesar, Crocker/Kimbell and Yes Man? Posted: 15 Dec 2019 12:28 PM PST If you alienate (without recourse) both the Legion and NCR as well as kill House and Yes Man - can New Vegas still be completed? [link] [comments] |
