| Mutations and/or Perks: Any Lore that these actually exist? Posted: 19 Dec 2019 04:32 PM PST I have been trying to figure out if perks or mutations (Such as The Marsupial Mutation, or Perks such as those making your bones like adimantium, or any others.) are backed by lore in any way? Do we find them outside of the player character anywhere? I always assumed they were just a gameplay mechanic, but interested to know if i've missed something. [link] [comments] |
