Why does Vadim Bobrov the bartender at the dugout inn have a Russian accent? Posted: 10 Nov 2019 06:30 AM PST Did he manage to somehow move from Russia in the fallout or was he previously frozen and kept his accent when he was woke? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 10 Nov 2019 09:20 PM PST Do we know anything about the relationship between these two? Are they actually supposed to be different weapons, or are they to be considered the same, just with an art difference? What about the Plasma Cartridges? I had read somewhere that the FO4 Plasma Gun was an earlier model, but I can no longer find the source and I have no idea if that's true. [link] [comments] |
What exactly are the Legion's “guerrilla tactics” and do they actually work? Posted: 10 Nov 2019 07:40 PM PST I hear people say that the Legion will win because of guerrilla warfare and that the NCR uses quantity over quality. I haven't played FNV in a long while so please correct me where I'm wrong. From what I remember the Legion doesn't have many friends in the Mojave meaning they lack popular support (places to hide out or stash supplies, new troops etc.), arm most, but not all, of their grunts with spears or melee weapons (the NCR trooper is usually found with a semi automatic rifle) and they set up shop right across the Hoover Dam meaning the NCR could gather a large force than storm the place (also if you cut off Cottonwood Cove they have no way to escape). TL;DR They lack popular support (kind of important in a insurgency/guerrilla war), most of them are armed with inferior weapons and their HQ can be easily encircled. Compared to other guerrilla forces like the Viet Cong or Muhjahideen the Legion doesn't seem set up for victory. They seem more like the Mau Mau in some ways. [link] [comments] |
Who created the mutants in the west before The Master? Posted: 10 Nov 2019 04:45 PM PST I read that the Master and Harold were investigating the source of mutants in California, so who created the mutants before the Master. [link] [comments] |
Why didn’t the institute go to vault 81? Posted: 10 Nov 2019 06:05 AM PST One question i have, is why the institute didn't just kidnap somebody from vault 81? There wasn't any corrupted dna in there, was there? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 10 Nov 2019 11:48 PM PST I don't really know much about fallout lore so I asked myself this: How did any humans survive the nuclear war? Are all the people you meet in any fallout games descendants of vault dwellers? [link] [comments] |
Why is the Enclave in Fallout 4 Posted: 10 Nov 2019 12:20 PM PST The reason I'm asking this is so to the fact that the enclave and the Brotherhood are similar they both have troops all over the us so why are they they not in it [link] [comments] |
Can elder maxon be an escapee from vault 75? Posted: 10 Nov 2019 05:27 AM PST I've been wondering if this is true, since in the prydwen, there is a terminal mentioning how elder maxon is genetically perfect, and the experiment in vault 75 was to perfect the human genome. What if elder maxon either is a descendant, or somebody who escaped vault 75? According to vault 75 terminal entries, the genetically perfect children of the vault overpowered the science and security staff, and escaped into the commonwealth. [link] [comments] |
