- How much enclave tech does the NCR have/ has access too?
- How does oxygen exist if all the trees are either dead or irradiated except for oasis?
- Why does newly built stuff still look so terrible?
- So why/how are people making Holotapes about menial things or when they really shouldn’t be able to make them?
How much enclave tech does the NCR have/ has access too? Posted: 11 Jun 2021 11:03 AM PDT The NCR has access to vertibirds as we know but how much more enclave tech do they have? I'd imagine Navarro has been converted into a NCR military base, and from there NCR scientists and engineers are studying and reverse engineer their tech. Also I'd imagine the NCR has many enclave defectors working for them as opposed to hunting them down like the other former enclave members. [link] [comments] |

Why does newly built stuff still look so terrible? Posted: 11 Jun 2021 07:00 PM PDT This was probably a stylistic choice but I was wondering if there was a lore explanation. I've been playing FO4 lately, and even when I make something out of pristine parts (Think: undamaged Institute stuff scrapped, as well as scrapped but growing trees), it still looks like everything around it. I got so fed up I ended up downloading a mod to help me re-pave the roads because the Aesthetic was irritating me. Is there a lore explanation? Or just a stylistic touch? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 11 Jun 2021 03:23 PM PDT What I mean by this is like, why is someone Holotape recording their date night? Or while in the middle of a fight? Who's Holotape recording them? Why are they recording them? Or the Holotape in Flatwoods that somehow got on the counter even though the person recording was inside the fridge? Who recorded that? [link] [comments] |
