    Started my eleventy thousandth FNV playthrough on the Xbox series X

    I finished the Dead Money DLC at a level 11, took all the gold bars, and slow-walked all the way to Gun Runners to exchange a few of my gold bars for big guns, nice armor, hella mods, and literally all the ammo. I am so excited to play my favorite game with basically endless caps! What are your recommendations for a rich bitch playthrough?

    (My boyfriend is annoyed I'm using his brand new state of the art console to play a 12 year old game, but it just runs sooooo fast and smooth)

    What are good FNV mods to have? It is my second playthrough because i am experiencing withdrawal symptoms. Please help.

    This game is too good, but i want a new quality of experience with the help of mods. I heard that Project Nevada is dated and there are more substitutes, may you recommend me some new mods for me to install?

    Any mods, example quality of life changes. Fixes to bugs and such.

    I have the basic mods like anti crash, NVSE, MCM all those very basc mods that help manage my game in a better state.

    Just list down if you have any mods, it would help so much :)

    I just got the game a month or two ago and am loving it. However, I am now itching to start over and make a new character now that I understand what stats best fit my playstyle. I made some pretty stupid decisions when creating my first character. However, I would like to "complete" this playthrough before starting over. What do you all typically do in a playthrough before starting over? Right now I am thinking I want to reach level 30, recruit all companions, discover every location and have some reputation with every faction/town, but if there is something I am missing, I'd love to know about it.

    [Modding Help ... Sort Of] How do you guys deal with the constant updates for some of these mods

    like the title says

    i'm no stranger to modding Beth games, i started with Oblivion back in 2015-ish. you can dig through my post history and find evidence of that - i've almost exclusively posted in regards to this game + modding it. however, i've come across a bit of a personal issue recently - i can not, for the life of me, keep up with the relentless updates to some of these mods

    things like JIP LN, Johnny Guitar, lStewieal's Tweaks, and a large majority of the Viva New Vegas mods are getting updated quicker than i can keep up and it's gotten to the point where modding has become a majorly stressful experience for me

    i have the game and MO2 installed, i have my profiles and instances set up to my liking, but i can NOT bring myself to play the game out of fear / anxiety of having issues with the aforementioned mods + the others i use. i feel compelled to make sure that everything is up to date and that is a fucking chore

    i should mention that i am NOT playing with Solid Project or Project Nevada, Type 4 bodies, Nevada Skies, ENB - none of that. i would say that my load order is more oriented towards a Vanilla+ experience

    just wanted to reach out to you guys, see if anyone can offer some insight of their own. i miss this game and i really want to play it without it feeling like a massive ordeal to undertake

    Odd LOD Bug (Colored Squares?)

    I've been modding New Vegas lately and have encountered a problem I've not really seen before and don't know how to fix.
    I installed some HD texture packs (NMC, Ojo's, George's Landscapes, and Vurt's) and experimented with xLODGen, but got pretty bad results so I ended up uninstalling. Deleted the LOD files in the NV directory, got (presumably) the vanilla LOD files back, and started up a new game.
    Now, I just have this weird bug on distant textures where faint, rainbow-colored squares appear on landscapes like mountains and hills.
    I don't know what could be causing this, and I don't really know how to stop it from doing this.
    Has anyone else ever had the same problem? Any suggestions?

    [HELP] "EXTRACTION FAILED" WHEN EXTRACTING/INSTALLING DRAGBODY

    when im extracting it manually it got an error and when im using MO2 its the same

    *SOME OF IT WORK FOR EXAMPLE*

    Dragbody for dead money

    Dragbody for fiend and raiders

    Dragmoney for powder ganger

    *THE ONES THAT DO WORK IS*

    Dragbody for BOS

    DragBody for BOOMERS

    Dragbody for FO4 POWER ARMOR

    Dragbody for great khans

    Dragbody for NCR

    Dragbody for LEgion

    Dragbody armor pack

    Dragbody for normal NPC

    so yeh idk why these ones wont work and why they dont want to be extracted...idk if this is a common issue for it but what do i need to do? ive already redownloaded it but its still cause the same problem? or is it straight up just unusable in the current time?
