Is there even a reason not to make your current build a Crit Build?

    Posted: 04 May 2021 07:00 AM PDT

On normal difficulties Crit Builds are overpowered and aren't needed, but on the higher difficulties it almost seems a requirement to have a proper crit build. Just defeated Rawr on hard mode and lvl 15 with Chances Knife on an crit build, and it was easy as hell. Knocked him down before he could hit me and then I killed him before he even got up.

After HH, I rank them Dead Money, Lonesome Road, and Old World Blues in that order.

Perhaps the most horrifying encounters I’ve had in Dead Money so far have both been with Christine.

Perks after level 26 for Melee Crit Build

    Posted: 04 May 2021 06:17 AM PDT

I'm playing a melee build on Very Hard and looking into perks after level 26, wondering what people recommend. Right now honestly the game is fairly easy for the most part, Slayer + Piercing Strike + Better Criticals + Ninja + Super Slam + Finesse + Light Touch stunlocks and then very quickly crits and kills anything up to and including Lonesome Road Deathclaws. I have Rad Child and some others, but at this point it seems I've taken all the perks essential to make my build OP. Is there anything I'm missing from a melee crit perspective? Is Toughness worth it? Are sneak perks worth it at all?

First time player, in what order should I play the DLC? I'm thinking both from a gameplay perspective, so I don't accidentally begin with the hardest DLC of them all, and from a lore perspective, because maybe having them in a certain order heightens the experience?
