Where is the Sierra Madre actually located? Posted: 16 May 2021 07:14 PM PDT Because the Mojave wasteland is in Nevada. Honest hearts is in Utah in Zion canyon. I don't really know where Old world blues is located cuz it's in a giant crater so I'm not sure about that but where would the Sierra Madre actually be located? [link] [comments] |
How often were people placed under the command of Mr. Gutsys? Posted: 16 May 2021 03:59 AM PDT One of the lines a Mr. Gutsy will semi-frequently say when searching for someone is "Move it out, people. I want this place searched top to bottom!", which implies at least some command over military or security forces. How often did people serve under a Mr. Gutsy? Or were the Gutsys just commanding other robots? [link] [comments] |
Is there a lore map of the US that showcases all Fallout history/events/points of interest? Posted: 16 May 2021 12:16 PM PDT Has anyone found or put together a map like this. I want to see what we DO know so far about the US in Fallout lore and of other nations if possible. [link] [comments] |
How much can the ncr travel by sea ? Posted: 16 May 2021 10:18 PM PDT As the level design lead of fallout Hawaii I have to deal with the point at which ships couldn't sail for the boundary of our map I'm looking for a reason to not let the player sail a ship to the mainland (at least not under player control) [link] [comments] |
Posted: 16 May 2021 11:39 PM PDT So, I had seen a video on YouTube of course, talking about the bombs and vault Tec. Now my info could be flawed and I apologize in advanced but this video points out the Bomb in fallout 3 in megaton. And point out the vault Tec looking symbol on it going on to say vault Tec initiated the bombs. Going on that logic would other countries be alive? It isn't said that vault Tec was in any other country? I wanted to know your thoughts [link] [comments] |
Why are everyone on the wasteland are so dirty Posted: 17 May 2021 01:55 AM PDT I have always wondered why everyone on the wasteland are so dirty excluding maybe few individual. the lack of pre war sanitations products isnt really a solid answer when the people have been able stay relatively clean even before industrial age by using soap, which can be made from animal fat and some lye both which should be plentifull enough or in the case of lye can be created by adding ash to boiling water and then covering it. so wastelanders should easily be able to made it. this is proven by many talent chemist existing and soap is one of the easier things to make so why they dont produce it and sell it for profit then it leave queston of why they dont use soap to clean them selves even tough it could even prevent some infections and make them live longer. Lost Hills, the BoS structure of authority, and the Council of Elders Posted: 16 May 2021 03:24 AM PDT Howdy gang, I was wondering if some of you kind souls could help me sort something that's been nagging me for a bit now. So, in Fallout 1, we are introduced to John Maxson - the High Elder of the Lost Hills chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel. While talking with him, we discover that there is actually a council of Elders that seem to work in tandem as a governing body over the Brotherhood. Is Fallout 1 the only game that has the BoS structured like this? I haven't played 2 but to the best of my recollection FO:3, NV, and FO:4 all have a single elder. I guess it can be assumed that higher ranking members serve a similar role to the council with the single mentioned Elder who we see acting as "high" Elder, but I wonder why the Lost Hills way of running things hadn't been adopted in any of the other chapters? Is it because Lost Hills is the de facto base of operations for the Brotherhood? Or do you reckon it was just one of those things that was dropped and never mentioned again? Thanks for your time, guys! [link] [comments] |
