Deathclaws fleeing from me?

So I'm trying to complete the Deathclaw Pro Hunter challenge and I'm perched up on a spot on Black Mountain overlooking Quarry Junction and I'm trying to use an Anti-Material Rifle to lower their health and then finish them off with a recharger rifle but after I fire the first shot, they flee into a spot where I can't shoot them and stay there out of reach. I read online that enemies flee because I'm too powerful for them or something but when I go to the ground and shoot me, they don't stop trying to rip my flesh from my bones. I think it has something to do with the enemies not being able to reach me but idk.

tl;dr deathclaws keep fleeing from me and i don't know why

SOS boone companion quest bug

my game is bugged so that boones companion quest won't trigger. ive checked his points thru console commands and i have more than enough (8, required is 5) i can just start the first part of the quest but then i miss a bunch of dialogue with him. any ideas? anyone have a similar experience?

Hi this is my first time playing New Vegas but im running into this issue where my textures on the roads, buildings and trees are looking like this. Is there a way to fix this?

The only mod textures im using is NMC, George's Landscape Retextured, Wasteland Flora and Terrain Overhaul
