| Strange things happening in fallout 4 Posted: 13 Apr 2021 08:07 PM PDT So, I played through fallout 4 with the brotherhood of steel as my faction. After going back to the CIT ruins, I was met with a floating suit of power armor, then father fell out of the sky. Now grenades randomly spawn and bring me down to 10% health while wearing the nuka cola quantum power armor and with maximum endurance score. How do I get the grenades to stop? [link] [comments] |
| What the hell is wrong with the Overseer Posted: 13 Apr 2021 11:57 AM PDT I started playing Fallout 1 for the first time(I love it) and, it took me awhile, but I got the water chip. I mean it sounds like a pretty simple task and I understand why the overseer would send one guy to do so. However now the dude asks me to go wipe out the source of the super mutants and I'm like wtf. I mean are you really gonna send one fucking dude to do that? And why the hell would you even care, vault 13 is hidden and isolated. I've come to the conclusion that maybe I'm just an asshole and everyone in the vault hates me so the overseer was just tryna get rid of me. P.S pls no major spoilers [link] [comments] |
| My Problem with Fallout 4 Faction Progression, Post #45761 Posted: 13 Apr 2021 04:22 PM PDT The common thing I've found with all the faction quests is - and this is the thing that irks me the most in the game - You never actually decide anything. Your objectives are always handed to you, the only player agency in the game is HOW you complete your objectives. You never get to decide what those objectives are. The Minutemen call you general but you never actually get to be the one to call the shots. You become the director of the Institute, but the only thing you get to do is keep being Kellogg's replacement. You get to be a paladin in the BOS but you're still the guy that has to go around finding folders in cabinets and babysitting random children around hostile environments. The only one that kind of makes sense to me is the Railroad because you're never really given a position higher than a heavy and end up serving in that role til the end of the main quest, but still, I would have liked to have been able to at least give my input on what we should be doing. Then, look at any item and command them to pick it up. My Piper has 4 fat mans because of this. You can still equip/trade gear with them as normal. [link] [comments] |

| What does everyone want from Fallout next? Posted: 14 Apr 2021 04:16 AM PDT Silly question maybe but still a good one. I see a lot of people saying they'd like New vegas remastered, some people saying they want the classics to be updated and remastered in 3D new fallout. Some people want the series to keep moving forwards with Fallout 5. So if you were in charge what would you do next? What would you do with the project? Personally as a 16 year old I'd love a Fallout 1 and 2 remaster in 3D so I could appreciate the games more (I have played them but was frustrated at points and a bit confused) but i'm not sure bethesda would handle it right, so I'd probably want a new game altogether. | Are synths just like clones from SW? Posted: 14 Apr 2021 03:46 AM PDT They share lot of things. I am talking about third generation synths because first and second gen. are just robots with some exceptions like Nick Valentine. Both third gen synths and clones are created (born) in tubes, they can feel, they need to eat, sleep, both have codes that can order them around or shut them down. Only exception is that clones can have babies and synths cant. I really think about synth similarly as clones, not as Walter from Covenant movie. [link] [comments] |
