    Can I easily navigate through the Hopeville Silo Bunker on a new character?

    Thinking about starting up a new character soon and if possible I'd like to obtain the US Army Combat Armor/General Outfit early in the game before I hit Nipton.

    I'd probably spec into 50 Lockpick/Science. I know that the reccomended requirement is being level 20, but could I sneak around the Silo to get what I want without getting blown to bits?

    Sometimes i just think ncr soldiers at camp hope have 2 dog tags because it was the dog tags of their fallen friend

    If you kill or steal NCR soldier in Camp Forlorn Hope, there's a chance that it will have 2 dog tags. Sometimes I just wonder if they're just keeping the dog tags of their fallen friends to keep their memories and I feel bad killing them since the NCR doesn't care about its soldiers but hey Caesar's favor is op Edit: Oh yeah even tho respawn in my roleplay they just recruit more soldiers and get rid of the body
