Gorillas being Ghoulrillas makes so much sense.

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 10:42 AM PST

Think about it. Insectoids have grown in size. Prey animals like cows, deer, and gazelles have grown two heads and a couple of extra tiny legs. Reptiles are similar to each other (Deathclaws, Gatorclaws) but only because they've been engineered to be so.

Sea creatures have mostly grown in size and adapted to land. Birds are largely unchanged. Canines are the same, though mangier and in poor health. Cats are unchanged. Bears are the same as canines.

But primates have become ghoulified. Humans, gorillas, and very likely other members of the Ape family as well. It makes so much sense in continuity.

What does the BOS plan to do after winning?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 03:17 PM PST

The Minuteman plan on rebuilding after defeating the Institute, the railroad plan on moving the remaining Synths and fighting against those who are anti-Synth, and the Institute are going to mostly abandon the surface and focus on developing their own base, while putting down upstarts. Are Maxson and the Prydwen going back to DC? Are they going to set up a new chapter in the Commonwealth and leave with most of their force? What plans do they have?

Does the BOS pay their soldiers wages?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 03:05 PM PST

In Fallout 4, there's a proctor in the Prydwen selling ammo and firearms to brotherhood members. As the sole survivor notes, it is kind of odd for an army to sell their own soldiers supplies. Does the BOS pay their soldiers in caps or are they expected to work freelance in between assignments? Otherwise how could they buy weapons in the shop?

Why does the Brotherhood of Steel weaponry change in Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 4?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 09:57 AM PST

If in Fallout 3 the BoS uses assault rifles, chinese assault rifles, laser rifles, tri beam rifles, laser pistols, gatling lasers and miniguns, but the Mojave Chapter uses gauss rifles, laser rcw, zap gloves, gatling lasers , rarely , plasma rifles, but in Fallout 4 , they only use miniguns , gatling lasers and laser rifles and pistols. Can someone explain this to me?

Would the F4 Super Mutants get along with Original Super Mutants?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 10:38 AM PST

Saw a mod on the nexus of Fallout 4 which added the original west coast super mutants to fight alongside the commonwealth ones and it got me thinking.

Would the commonwealth super mutants fight alongside the west coast ones? or would they fight each other to see who's really the supreme beings.

The Lore of the Interplay/Obsidian and the potential consequences of disregarding the works of Bethesda

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 09:25 PM PST

So a lot of people consider the fallout games of Interplay and Obsidian to be superior to the games of Bethesda. I've even heard of Bethesda contradicting the established lore.

So hypothetically if the fanboys got their way, and Bethesda had their cannon privileges revoked how would that effect the lore? What factions wouldn't exist? What characters would be changed? What guns wouldn't exist?

I've heard that the information in the fallout bible is considered canon unless contradicted by the games, so if the only cannon fallout games were Fallout 1, Fallout 2, New Vegas, and the spinoffs black isle made, then how much more of the fallout bible would be left in cannon?

Is There A Lord reason behind the Nuka-Cola Bottle Change?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 12:14 PM PST

Is there a reason behind the nuka cola bottles changing from a normal bottle shape from Fallout 3 and NV to the Rocket Shape In Fallout 4? Or was it just another retcon?

When exactly did the Courier trigger the explosions of the Divide?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 04:18 AM PST

I've been playing back through FNV and finished up Lonesome Road the other night. Although it goes into detail of what happened and how the courier and Ulysses are involved, does it ever state a more exact timeframe of when the courier caused the nukes to detonate in the divide? Was it a few months before FNV begins, or a number of years?

Why does everyone think Enclave Radio is a bunch of old recordings?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 07:58 AM PST

In Fallout 3 before the Enclave shows up, everyone (except one old guy in megaton) believes that Enclave Radio is just a bunch of old world propaganda and recordings, even though President Eden mentions things that he shouldn't know about if it was old recordings. He mentions Super mutants, The Brotherhood of Steel, The Raiders of Paradise Falls, and the Outcasts.

What, if anything, did we know about the East Coast before Fallout 3 came out?

Why didn’t Mr. House just create a replica chip?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 07:10 PM PST

In Fallout: New Vegas, Mr. House spends millions of caps just to find and recover the chip. With that money, he certainly could've created a replica containing the same data and upgrades, right?

Would Mr. House run New Vegas as pre-war companies ran companies?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 07:03 AM PST

Or worse a straight up ultra-corporatist dystopia

Pre-War companies are already shown to be greedy and super unethical while being uncaring of human wellbeing so I want to know if there is any contrary evidence to this in game.

Why would the railroad destroy the institute instead of taking it over?

    Posted: 07 Feb 2021 09:46 AM PST

They would prevent any future synths from being born, right? Wouldn't it basically be like kill all black people to end racism?
