    To be honest I really haven't been playing fallout that long and I havent beat FO3 yet mainly due to time and family etc., but now that has chaged and I really want to get into this.

    Now to the point. I really want to do a Mad Max build based off of the original movies (the REAL Mad Max)especially Beyond Thunderdome, and have searched online everywhere but to no avail. I came across Fudgemuppets FO4 variant but I'm not quite sold on it yet and I'm curious to hear some ideas from you guys.

    I am well aware of the gear available and already know to look for the enforced(?) leather armor, sawed off shotgun, and dog meat as a companion but what I really need is advice on S.P.E.C.I.A.L, and starting perks.

    Fudgemuppets specal is suggested as S5 P3 E8 C4 I4 A1 L3 but this seems off and of course ots set for FO4. As for starting perks I was considering Sm. Guns (Shotgun), Explosives (I mean he did rig a bomb to his car) and Barter or Speach.

    Thats where I'm at right now and would love to hear what you guys have to offer. Especially fans of the original trilogy. Thanks wastelanders.

    How to get more ammo in the early game?

    Just started playing again after more than a decade. I'm at level 4 and just *SPOILERS,* disarmed the bomb at Megaton to get the house, so now I have free healing by sleeping and containers to put my gear. Awesome.

    I seem to always be running low on ammo for my weapons though. I pretty much always use VATS, so it's not because I'm randomly firing my clips like an idiot or anything. It's still pretty hard to get ammo in the early game. I was able to find some decent staches in the Super Mart and also buying some from Moira every now and then.

    Are there any more places where I can get a LOT of ammo?
