Chef/Gordon Ramsay/Cook Build

Had a fun idea that's a bit unorthodox, I don't have any exact stats, but here's the general idea.

The build is a chef, a virtuoso of wasteland survival, a fine cook and a fine eater as well.

Max endurance and charisma, though charisma is optional. The main two skills is Survival, for cooking recipes and barter for selling your food.

Superheated Cosmic knife, flamer, even a rolling pin if you can find one. Get all the recipes, even the fiend soup. You can go a bit more morbid and get Cannibal as a perk.

Who do you prefer, Joshua Graham or Ulysses?

I really like both of these characters, particularly the deep voices they're given. I'm curious which character is more loved though, as while I've seen Ulysses mentioned more often I've also seen him get dogpiled on in the Steam forums, so it seems he's more divisive than Joshua Graham, and I've seen some people say one of their complaints about Honest Hearts isn't getting enough time with Graham. So guys and gals, which of these two do you prefer?

And just so there's no confusion, this isn't about who's stronger, this is about who you personally, subjectively prefer. This is a popularity poll and nothing else, use whatever criteria you like so long as your answer is who you personally like better.

Edit: Ok wow I somewhat knew who was gonna get more votes, but I had no idea it was gonna be this one sided. I know it's unlikely, but I'd love it if the winner was in Fallout 5, either the main game or in a DLC.

Has anyone else had the problem where after they beat dead money they get no complementary vouchers in the footlocker? I was kinda hoping I'd be able to get unlimited stims from the free chips but I guess not
