Posted: 06 Aug 2020 07:20 AM PDT Fallout Fan Miniseries - Part 1 Fallout Fan Miniseries - Part 2 Fallout Fan Miniseries - Part 3 My older brother passed away from cancer a couple years ago, but I am always trying to share his stories to keep his spirit alive. Today is his birthday, and I want to share a Fallout Fan miniseries he made (and acted in). It's a 3 part series based on the Fallout world with his own artistic twists. My brother made me fall in love with the Fallout series, so this is a thank you to him for that. Sorry if this post isn't allowed on here. EDIT - wow guys thanks for all the love and support. Makes me happy to see people still enjoying his content. I have added the links for Parts 2 and 3. For anybody wondering, my brother is the evil bald dude. Really hope you guys can check out his other inspirational content, and just want to end this by saying I'm sending out my best wishes to anybody here who has somehow been effected by cancer. Stay strong ❤️ [link] [comments] |
Posted: 07 Aug 2020 04:12 AM PDT I heard this years ago but I was never sure if it was true. It would be cool to see all the settlers break out miniguns when the settlement gets attacked. [link] [comments] |

Starting Fallout 3 again after years of playing for the first time. Posted: 07 Aug 2020 03:33 AM PDT I plan to do a lawful evil character. Do bad shit, kill who I don't like, but still do the right quests for caps and exp. I was wondering, is there a way to convince James that the Lone Wanderer is actually sick and skip the G.O.A.T.? Fallout 76 Builds (Executioner's Explosive Handmade.) Posted: 06 Aug 2020 11:23 PM PDT Hi, I just got an E Ex. Handmade, I would like to ask if anyone has any suggestions regarding what perks I can utilize to maximize it's effectiveness? [link] [comments] |
Fallout 4 - Less weightcapacity with a Power-Armor Posted: 07 Aug 2020 02:06 AM PDT Hey guys, I started a new game of Fallout 4 and went for strength and bags, to carry more goods. Is there anything i can do to wear the power armor and to carry more stuff? Thanks... [link] [comments] |
Posted: 07 Aug 2020 12:55 AM PDT just finished fo4 and all its dlcs and i dont know if i should buy fo76 i've heard ok things about the game since wastelanders but is it still as bad as before or is it better now one of my hesitations to buy the game is that it will be hard to catch up to older players that alreafy have good weapons and i dont know how hard it is to get legendary weapons also im on ps 4 if that affects anything [link] [comments] |
What effect do mixed reputations have? Like Soft Hearted Devil and Good Natured Rascal, etc Posted: 07 Aug 2020 12:37 AM PDT So im wondering what effect gameplay wise the mixed reputations have in new vegas. Could someone tell me? [link] [comments] |
Which modern fallout is the best Posted: 06 Aug 2020 09:24 AM PDT Trick question: Who cares? Fallout 3 has a great atmosphere and exploration that makes you feel like the wasteland is a dangerous place and has the best radio host of all the games (don't @ me) Fallout: New Vegas has fantastic writing with a good world that makes sense with what's on the table Fallout 4 has the probably the best gunplay out of all the games and introduced the basics for what could be a really interesting building system And Fallout 76 while with its problems, has a beautiful looking wasteland with some interesting new creatures added to the roster So as far as I'm concerned, any fallout can be your favourite because we're all here for the same reason: We love these games [link] [comments] |
Nuka World kiddie kingdom bug won’t let me complete the dlc Posted: 07 Aug 2020 02:35 AM PDT A few months ago I started a new fallout 4 save on Xbox one and I had left it for a month or two and came back to it today and remembered I gave up because I couldn't complete the quest a magical kingdom due to Oswald the outrageous being stuck by the window above the conveyor belt and unresponsive with the quest marker a few meters away from him. This is really annoying I've tried leaving and entering the fun house etc and everything [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 Aug 2020 11:16 PM PDT Similar to how some King was able to add the Capital Wasteland to New Vegas. Or are 4 and 76 too different? [link] [comments] |
Good graphical enhancements for Fallout 3 and NV Posted: 07 Aug 2020 05:00 AM PDT Hi, unluckily I find difficult to play old games with outdated graphics. I have been wanting to replay this two games for a long time, but when I start playing, the graphics make me stop. Which graphical mods would you recommend so the games look decent? Additionaly, if you can recommend me any other mod that makes the experience even better, I would appreciate. Ps. Something curious, just realized that my cake day and subreddit's are in the same day, with a 6 year difference. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 07 Aug 2020 01:13 AM PDT A bit of preface. So Im playing fallout 4 for the first time in 1440p and i have come back to the game after not playing in a while. Upon first booting up I noticed the game was capped at 30 FPS.(On Ultra settings) I remembered you had to mess with Fallout4Prefs.ini and set iPresentInterval that is by default that is at a value of 1. When u change it to 0 it uncaps the FPS. But I swear in the past when I played in 1080, it capped at 60 fps not 30. I have made no other modification to the game except uncapping the FPS Anyway, now I notice when the game jumps to high FPS, like above the 150 area, the game speeds up. This primarily happens when picking locks, but sometimes it happens during standard play. Like the game play speeds up. I ever so slightly tap the a button while lock picking and the lock instantly turns. Or when in combat ill move as if im sprinting when im just normally walked. Also all actions done by me and AI are increased, its almost as if watching a youtube video in 1.5x or even 2x speed. AGAIN, I have no mods installed, the only thing I changed was iPresentInterval from 1 to 0. Can anyone help me prevent this from happening, but also not be stuck at a crappy 30FPS cap? EDIT: My monitor has a refresh rate of 144Hz if that matters. In all honestly im guessing its a refresh rate problem since it happens when frames start to go above it, but I dont know how to increase the FPS cap, only to unlock the frame rate completely, and my settings are maxed so I cant cause FPS to go down that way EDIT2: Tried disabling Gsync. It made it worse as now everything is constantly sped up instead of only intermittently [link] [comments] |
Better locational damage | Nexus weapons damage Posted: 07 Aug 2020 04:39 AM PDT So all my vanilla weapons are pretty much working as intended I think, but almost all my weapons from the nexus are extremely underpowered (dumped 1½mags of the fallout3 10mm SMG to the head of a supermutant). Is there a way to fix/edit this? Its a great mod but the game is no fun with only vanilla weapons. [link] [comments] |
Need help with Vortex and fallout 4 mods Posted: 06 Aug 2020 08:34 PM PDT Got vortex set up and everything else but when i load into fallout 4 none of the mods load in or work. I have the staging folder setup along with the deployment method and i have f4se. So i was wondering if i could get some help to find the problem here as vortex works fine with new vegas? I've also done the custom.ini files along with the pref. [link] [comments] |

Do you guys think we will ever see massive creatures In the ocean? Posted: 06 Aug 2020 06:29 AM PDT The only ones that come to mind are the scorchbeast queen and the mirelurk queen It's strange we haven't seen or have mentioned enormous monsters sightings in the ocean The blue whale is approximately 100 feet long weighing in at 200 tons Now while I really can't see a mutated blue whale. What I can see are giant mutated squids and mutated great white sharks. It would be really interesting to even see them off in the distance in places like fallout 4 [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 Aug 2020 06:02 PM PDT One problem I have with Fallout 2 (it's the best fallout game) but one issue is that it doesn't make much sense to not use bottle caps. I understand that the NCR has issued a new Currency but the issue is that it's not practical. Bottle caps are the agreed upon currency which would make converting to coinage would be difficult. One of the issues with using bottle caps is that they take up more room and each cap just has a value of 1 which means you have to carry tons with you. But in fallout 2 they replace it with coins which have the exact same issue. I dunno what do you guys think? [link] [comments] |
Fallout 4: Far Harbor, Can't Get Mission Posted: 06 Aug 2020 06:59 PM PDT Hey! I'm playing on PS4, with a couple of mods on, and I'm playing through the Far Harbor DLC. I had Longfellow take me up to Acadia, and when I got there, I spoke to DiMA. Went through the dialogue options, and I didn't receive the "Where You Belong" mission. When I spoke to Faraday, Chase, or anyone else in the compound, they'd all tell me to go and talk to DiMA. When I spoke to Kasumi, I'd get stuff like "Sorry, I got a lot on my mind" or "Always another problem to fix." I've tried reloading save files to before I entered Acadia, and went so far as to reload a save from before I started the DLC. Is there something I'm missing/doing wrong? If so, how do I fix it? Fallout new vegas remastered or graphics updated? Posted: 06 Aug 2020 01:30 PM PDT Fallout 4 was my first fallout game and I absolutely loved it. Ive played it for about two years, and now Ive ordered 76 since it was cheaper than usual, so I figured id try it out. I have also heard really good things about new Vegas. my only problem is I don't know id I could get past the graphics. are they to much worse than fo4 or are they pretty similar? if they are significantly worse than fo4 is there any chance that there could be a remaster with better graphics, or would I have to just suck it up? Which one should I buy? Fallout 4 or New Vegas with all dlc’s Posted: 06 Aug 2020 08:51 PM PDT First of all, I have never played a fallout game before. But I have seen a lot of videos of people recommending to buy these 2 games as they are on sale on steam. However, I can only buy one. The only thing I know about both is that Fallout New Vegas is considered the best fallout game in the franchise but it's a 10 year old game and fallout 4 it's the latest great fallout game.
