    What happens if I repick the "four eyes" trait while already having perks that require a certain level of perception?

    I am running a build that will repick the four eyes trait while I got some good glasses(mobius's or lucky shades). I have a starting peception of 5(and 6 with implant), and I already picked perks like Better Criticals and Sniper(requires 6 Perception) when levelling up.

    So what happens if I just go to the Auto-Doc and pick the four eyes trait which would decrease my base perception to 5? Would those perks that require perception still work? I assume so since the perks will be in effect even if you just add them using console commands without meeting the respective skill/SPECIAL requirement what so ever. But I ask anyway, just to be sure.

    Boone quest help

    So I'm having trouble with activating Boone's quest and I've been to all the triggers that the wiki knows of. I've killed Vulpes in Nipton, talked to Bitter-root about his history, disarmed the monorail bomb, killed Caesar (with Boone), and rescued the hostages from the quest booted and from Nelson, and killed all of the legion at Cottonwood. I've also talked to his friend manny Vargas but I'm stuck and don't know how activate his quest.

    White glove society attacking me for no reason?

    So despite being idolized by the strip, Every white glove within the casino attacks me on site even with a disguise. This happened after completing the quest inside to find ted and stop mortimers cannibalism plan. (I chose to reveal him in front of the crowd with ted still alive) Is there any way to get them to stop attacking me?

    So, I went into the silver rush and I accidentally walked past the guards and they were all hostile. I didnt know what to do, so I killed the guards around them and left the Van Graffs alone inside, but they want to shoot me no matter what.

    Is there a way to make them chill out? I would really like to calm them down because I wanted to talk to them. My save I had before is way too far back and it automatically did an autosave after I left.

    I know there are some quests, will they participate if I accidentally aggroed them?

    Almost every time I fast travel or go a couple hundred meters legionary assassins spawn. I've fought them probably 3 times in the past hour. How do I get them to stop?

    I was about to clear Cottenwood Cove with Boone. Correct if I'm wrong but isn't there a quest to do that? If so, where do I get it?
