My game keeps crashing at seemingly random times

What the title says. It crashes every 2-7 minutes and it made everything so much more annoying. The mods I have installed are Alton, IL, CASM, Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch for vanilla and dlc, Darnified UI, Fellout, NPCs Travel, Flora Overhaul and FOSE. All the latest versions if that helps.

Mines oasis or tranquility lane, mainly because I loved the moral choice in oasis and thought tranquility lane was very jarring the first time I played.
