FO3 to FNV with TTW or use a cleaned&&modded FNV

Hello

TTW works great and I'm clearing the capital wasteland again.
I'd like some opinions on whether or not I should do both FO3 with TTW and do FNV in the same installation or if I should after I complete FO3 with TTW I should just start from scratch without TTW in FNV (with the basic components in TTW installed as seperate mods)

Seems like arriving there overpowered is one thing, but I was planning to mod the hell out of FNV and TTW will likely interfere somewhere.
