| Why the difference between Stealth Boys? Posted: 11 Jun 2020 09:11 AM PDT In the old Fallout games we find the Stealth Boy Mark I 3001, who is wrist-mounted like a Pip-Boy 3000. But in both 4, 76 and in the 'New California' cardgame have the older version of the Mark 1 Stealth Boys (who had to be in a canvas case); But why places like Appalachia and Boston still only have the older versions of it, even though they're close to places like Washington (who only have the more modern wrist-mounted versions)? P.S: I'm talking about the Mark 1 versions, the Mark III version from 76 has a lore explanation. [link] [comments] |

| Brotherhood of steel lore in fallout new Vegas Posted: 11 Jun 2020 10:30 AM PDT When you go through the computer reading the elder dismissal reports for the head paladin you come across the 3rd report, it is as follows " let the record show that I have stood witness to the dismissal of David James from the post of Elder. Brother James was charged with destroying an unknown device recovered from a recent expedition. The purpose and function of the device remain unknown and brother James has thus far proven unwilling to discuss the matter with anyone. Head Scribe Talwin" I haven't been able to find any other case in game or on YouTube related the the incident explaing what the device is or did, if any exist [link] [comments] |
