So I have all power armor sets from the base game and broken steel and the pitt (I'll name them) Then I used the all companion glitch and last but not least got all temp followers

Power armor list -

Brotherhood power armor

Power armor (normal)

Outcast power armor

Enclave power armor

Tesla armor

Tribal power armor

Hellfire power armor

T-51 power armor

Medic power armor

Follower list( that can wear power armor)

Sticky

Red

Shorty

Jericho

Star paladin cross

Charon

Clover

Butch

So if yall know a good match up between power armor and follower let me know

Extreme lag and audio cuts out on new game

So my friend decided he wanted to play Fallout 3. I got it all up and running fine on his computer. I decided I'd go ahead and download it too since it's been awhile. After messing with the compatibility settings and installing the Unofficial Patch, the game booted fine. However, when I try to start a new game the audio cuts out and the opening cutscene ATTEMPTS to play but parts of the screen freeze while other parts of the screen keep moving. Once I get to the birth scene, I'm getting like, 5 FPS if that.

Things I have done:

Unofficial Patch
Fallout3.exe is set to run as admin and is in Windows XP service pack 2 compatibility (I have also tried on service pack 3 and vista)
Used the quad core fix in the .ini files
Used the d3d9.dll fix
Installed FOSE with the stuttering fix
Attempted to try playing in both windowed and fullscreen mode
Installed K-lite codec

My laptop is an i7 with a GTX 1060 graphics card.

I've been searching everywhere and following every guide I can find and haven't found a solution to the problem.
