    Fallout 3 stutter on Windows 10

    Recently bought fo3 goty from gog. I got a decent rig (i5 , 8gb ddr4, gtx 1650super.) I get 50 ..60 fps @900p ultra setting with 2xmsaa. But the game stutter like crazy when in combat specially firing weapons like shotgun. I have tried many fixes like stutter remover, LAA patch, script extender, disable ingame vsync, multithreading ai etc. The stutter reduces if I multithread audio and change the HWthread to 4. But those 2 settings make the game freez and crash frequently. Can anyone help me with the problem? I know it is a old game made for older PCs . But I can not downgrade my windows or buy a 360 to play it. Every comment is appreciated.

    What order should I play the dlcs

    So I was doing one of the We Want More mod's quest where I had to escort Andrew into the national depot. When I was done, I went out into the wasteland to fast travel to megaton but my game was crashing. I disabled autosaves but it didn't work, made FOSE run in administrator mode but it also didn't work. Tried killing myself but I still kept crashing. Deleted all .tmp files and deleted some mods I deemed unecessary. I also used LOOT but it still kept crashing. This also goes on for saving.     Problems with game freezing randomly!

    I just recently got Fallout 3 GOTY for my PC and I was having trouble with the game freezing after I did. So far I've download Games for Windows Live and messed with some compatibility settings in the Fallout 3 folder and got the freezing to SORTA stop. Every now and then it still freezes and I just want to know how to stop this from happening so I can play the game in peace. Any help would be great!

    I cannot find Star Paladin Cross anymore after being taken by the Enclave.

    I had her as my companion when we get taken by Enclave in the Washington Memorial. Now I can't find her anywhere. She doesn't appear to be anywhere in the Citadel or the Memorial. I blew up the president but I searched the entire building for her before I did it. But I can't find her anywhere. Is she dead?
