    Is the environment suit worth carrying around? You could always equip the suit when healing and in radiated environments, but is that truly convenient?

    Any other way to improve performance of the game other than using Fallout Stutter Remover or turning off V-sync?

    Fallout Stutter Remover crashes the game on newest windows 10 builds and can't tolerate the game without v-sync but it does give good fps without it. The game runs really bad after an hour in with v-sync enabled. Anything I can change through the f3 configator? Using mostly texture mods and enb.

    Need help please!

    Howdy fellow fallout lovers, I'm trying to play fallout 3 as I have played fallout new vegas. The only problem is that I have the pc knowledge of a dolphin and dont understand anything in pc terms. So j need someone to walk me through stuff on a windows 10 laptop. You might need to be very specific as I'm dumb. Sorry for any inconvenience.
